I now use the infrared sauna followed by the cold plunge, and it's the perfect pair! The owner, Melissa, and the rest of the staff are super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and make sure your visit is always pleasant. Since using these modalities, my blood pressure is phenomenal (Doc said so;), and my resting heart rate has dropped, as well as my breaths per minute! I have some arthritis is my fingers, tendonitis is my elbows and carpal tunnel syndrome - going to Arctic Fire has helped reduce my pain and inflammation. I feel AMAZING!!

While I was on my way there I contacted them to see if I needed to bring anything with me like a robe slippers ETC During a text exchange between me and associate there I was asked if I wanted to try the new client sampler I said why not figuring I might as well try what they have to offer while I was there. Unfortunately they sold me a sample of that they couldn't provide because the slim pod which is one of the major features of this place was not available for the entire day. I was told I can come back later and do it again but it's a long way from home and I didn't feel like that was nice. I paid the full amount and didn't get what I was sold. The staff is nice and friendly. But also the place is small so you can hear all the details of the private conversations including what they are ordering for lunch. I think when you're getting compression therapy on your legs you'd rather just have some nice soothing atmosphere instead of something like that. Not that they weren't nice people, they were very nice but I came there to unwind and relax. it's a clean place with very nice decor and the equipment looks state of the art. Overall I would say there may be benefits to a place like this but I would never know because I'm not going back. The place was far away, the parking was not convenient, and my overall experience was negative unfortunately because I know it could've been positive if it was played right. I texted the number that was offering me the services yesterday to explain this before I wrote this review. All I got was a robot answering me instead of a person selling me or helping me this time.

I went back in and complained to owner and was advised I needed to purchase more sessions for over 1000.00. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I've just heard back that when you sign waiver at salon it says no refunds and all sales are final plus results are not guarantee. My husband and I were renewing our vows for our 20 year wedding anniversary- this was suppose to be in the Bahamas but due to COVID we had to change our plans. I didn't want to be stark white so I needed a little something - Alyssa took her time when doing the spray.
