If I could leave zero stars I would. We chose the hand-wash option thinking they would be gentle. Paid $32 just for them to break my window (put a hole in it), try to cover it up, and leave glass in the trunk and the back seat. They literally stacked pillows and blankets I had in my car just to hide the hole. Didn't mention to me AT ALL that someone had created a hole in my car. And didn't even bother to clean up the glass. No one said a word until I said something and instead of being helpful, they said "well we can vacuum up the glass but the window is broken. My friend just had the rear view mirror of his gorgeous Corvette broken off here. The owners didn't accept any responsibility. He has been a long time patron and referred many other people to this business. This is a shame and it's not right. My friend posted about it on Facebook and some of the replies on his post are concerning as well, and are as follows: They scratched my Mercedes 2 weeks after I bought it! Unfortunately I didn't notice it until I got home b/c it was on the passenger side, so I didn't confront them. In retrospect it seemed like they knew it & were trying to hide it by the way they pulled the car out & parked it on the very end, so I never saw the passenger side. I never went back. I've been going there for years. The service sucks now. They just charged me $10 extra day before yesterday because I had too many bugs on my grill of the truck. What? Never before. And one of the smart ass associates said "prices going up as well"! I'll be going elsewhere for sure. Damaged the front grill and lettering on our new Range Rover with chemicals they used on it, but wouldn't accept responsibility. We even reviewed their video and saw the car being sprayed right where the damage occurred! Tried calling immediately after leaving the car wash but no answer and their voice mailbox was full. So, we drove back to speak with the GM within an hour of the Car being washed and noticing the damage. He was very aggressive/combative and said there was nothing they could do. We showed him photos of the car (purchased two weeks ago) before coming here but he said he didn't care. We weren't so upset that the damage happened becasue it was an accident. But it's pretty sorry for a business not to stand behind their work and own their mistakes. That's why businesses have insurance. If you or someone you know were at the Crystal Carwash on Hudson Bridge Sat morning, 17 Nov, probably driving a 2010+ silver Toyota Camry, PLEASE look inside to see if there is an extra set of keys that don't operate your car. UPDATE: After waiting several hours for the Crystal management to take some action to find the key, we pressured them into calling the police. Because the Crystal management had video with the license plate number of the car they put our keys in, the police were able to track down the other car owner & call her. She was out of the area by then, but had wondered why she had an extra set of keys. The police asked her to drop the keys by the carwash on Sunday. We stopped by the carwash after church & lunch to see if the lady had dropped off the keys & she had. The carwash management hadn't called to tell us that the keyfob was there and still did not offer any compensation for our trouble! One of the workers told me that it was not like that when he saw it but Melvin the "General Manager" tried to tell me it was like that already. Melvin isn't even his real name, he lied. I try not to do reviews because I know and understand that everyone has bad days but first impressions are everything. When I pulled in everyone was friendly but I was a little shocked that they charge $30 for a hand wash and vacuum, that's really pricey considering I normally go somewhere and pay $20. My car was ready in less than 30 mins so that was a plus but imagine my surprise when I walk out to the car and see little black specs all over it. Of course I bring it to their attention and they get the "manager". I myself am a customer service manager so I expected him to hear me out and come up with a reasonable solution. He proceeds to tell me that the black specs were already there and the washer asked him if he wanted them to try to get them off and he told them no. He also advised that the spots come from trees and in order for them to remove them it would be considered a detail which is an additional $50. I informed him that I've never seen these spots even when I go through a basic car wash and the worker next to us also told him that he didn't see the spots when I drove up. He proceeds to tell me that the worker doesn't know what he's talking about and my car was real dirty (that's why I'm at the carwash). I asked if he noticed the spots why as a "manager" he wouldn't have brought it to my attention, that's good customer service. I also asked who was over him and he told me no one, I asked if he owned the car wash he said the Kim's do, I asked for their info, he advised he handles anything to do with cars. After he saw that I wasn't an amateur and I'm about my business then he offered me a free hand wash and stated they would try to get the spots off in the future which is what they should've done in the first place. Here's the thing, you guys are already charging a lot for basic services and then your "manager" proceeds to try to argue with me(a paying customer) about an issue that should've been addressed as soon as it was noticed. They can keep the free wash, I'll never visit this establishment again or recommend it to anyone. It's kinda funny because my company was looking to contract with a company to clean and detail all of our trucks, this company definitely won't be it. I don't usually do reviews, but I'm both a business owner and consumer that expects to get the services that I pay for. Every experience at this carwash has been much less than so. They do a great basic wash and clean. However, the $30 and $40 details shown are no different than the cheaper ones. They are quick, but rightfully so as several people are on one car at a time. They don't have a damage policy. Reason one to walk away. I recently had a vehicle damaged possibly when parked but of course no one knows what happened. Ironic, bc on the way home I said to myself I'd not use them again because of the lack of quality for the price. Smudges on the sun roof that weren't there when I arrived. Wax on plastic. Wax in gaps that could been reached with something bigger than a toothbrush but at least a toothbrush. One tire wasn't even treated. Tonneau cover was missing wax down the center. Fingerprints all over the interior and dash. Pulled in to a friendly reception. Was having an suv cleaned. I said I wanted the interior thoroughly cleaned. They said SUVs were $2 more which is fine so far. The car looked good and I drove away happy. When I got home to put some things back in the back of the car I found that part had not been touched. I have a bike rack, maybe they did not know how to move it out of the way but they should have asked. I did not want to go all the way back so I called to ask them to take five dollars off my card or offer me a discount next time. I called twice and left a message. No return call. I called a third time. They said since they already did the work they would not adjust the charge. I asked if they normally clean the back they said they would have to research that. There is nothing to research. It's standard to clean it or not. If not they should have told me. If so they should have done it. The attitude was just totally evasive and dismissive. Recently I went to Crystal car wash to have my GL 450 Mercedes washed when I arrived at the car wash the woman there told me to stop which would've put me and what they're calling position one so she can vacuum the car she got out in my car and backed it up to I guess what they're calling position to the only reason that I actually went to Crystal car wash I had attended and FOP meeting that's The fraternal order of police meeting and this car wash was recommended by one of the brothers when I receive my card back I noticed that the visor Mira pipe was broken I called and I explained it to them they looked at it they sought the lady push the visor up very hard a brat and they saw where she drove the the car forward she stayed in my car at extremely long period of time they tried to explain that she push the visor up because she would be able to see where I had it down so the sun wouldn't glare inside if you are FOP member I recommend you do not go to this car wash I am from New York City I am a retired New York City police officer my name is Raymond Jackson I would recommend that you stay far clear from this car wash because they will damage steel out of your car I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau through my attorney and like so many other complaints that I have read on this yelp if I could give it zero stars I would read more

I had my car and van washed yesterday. I have used Crystal Carwash 20+ times in the past but it has been a year since my last visit. Both cars were unacceptable when completed. The seat cracks had not been vacuumed and the drivers floor mat looked like it had not been vacuumed. The rags being used to dry the car off where filthy. "LITERALLY FILTHY" like they had been laying on the ground. The fifty rags left scratches on the hood of my red car. The interior also looked horrible. It took me longer to correct their mistakes than to wash the car myself. The front window had multiple bugs left on it. I pointed out several of the places they missed and they recleaned them but I should not have to point out such obvious poor mistakes. The scratches could not be fixed. I have a new car so I pay extra for a hand wash to avoid scratches from a machine. What a waste of $54.00. I will no longer be a customer. read more

If this place could keep track of the floor mats then I would rate it higher. The first time I went they lost my right front mat and was about to send me about my way without none! I told the guy I had the front two done. He was able to find it so I dismissed the confusion. I paid for the $55 one and felt like it could of been a better job on the outside but the guy did a great job on the inside so I came back today. I spent the same amount and told them I wanted all four of my mats done this time. Yet again they try to send me about my way without my mats. I told the gentleman again I have mats missing. From their views on the camera which he did show me they only see the front two mats pulled out. I know I came in with 4 mats and now left with 2 and no explanation!! This car wash did a absolutely terrible job on my vehicle. They failed to clean the car in detail. I had the car waxed and the gentleman failed to put enough wax on the vehicle for the job. My car was also damaged very badly by one of the employees at the facility. Now I have to pay out of pocket for a paint repair that will cost me hundreds of dollars. I would highly recommend not going to this place for a car wash. If you do, you probably will not get your moneies worth if you pay for a detailed job. My husband took my car to this place on May 4 2018, one of the employee washing the car broke the window control knob, it was broken and removed leaving a hole in the door. The manager Melvin made an incident report and told my husband he will be contacted in 24 hours. On May 8 we called he said he gave the information to the owner. On May 10 my husband went to the car wash since the manager stopped answering the phone, when he got there the receptionist walked to the back, came back and said Melvin was not there but she will give him the message.
