Hands down the best, fastest automatic car wash I have ever gone to. I just drove from Tallahassee and all through Nashville and Savannah, all the way to Denver Colorado, all up into the mountains etc on red dirt and rocky roads, snow days, LARGE HAIL several times in Colorado, dust storms in Kansas and many muddy rainy days. So my Prius was a MESS after two months of travel. Never once washed lol. Also I had a concrete truck blow their concrete powder and dumping it all over my vehicle a day before this wash so it was time. I truly only expected this car wash to slightly help and planned to hand wash it myself after at a later date but now I DON'T HAVE TO my car is sparkling :D So happy with this place, only cost me $10! I got the tire shine too bc I did not understand the screen options (the other two options offered the free vacuum which is also awesome. However, because my entire life contents are in my car packed like Tetris, I unfortunately could not utilize those options). I upgraded to the tire shine and am so glad I did. My Prius and tires look amazing now. Almost did the bug wash too but frankly did not need it. The $10 wash was sufficient so I highly suggest this place. The young gentleman outside also btw, did a fantastic job! A younger african american man and young caucasian man.. (Sorry I never know what is politically correct anymore, some of my black friends HATE that term and I just call myself white, but I really wanted the correct boys to be recognized here so attempting to describe above^). Both were awesome and scrubbed so hard they actually tried HARD to get the bug massacre off the front of my car. Usually you just see kids haphazardly doing it and shrug it off but nope. They did a great job so I hope their boss see this. I didn't see an area with a tip option and would suggest that please. They deserve to be tipped for their hard work. Being recognized for that at that age is something I think is super important to create a continued good work ethic path into their adulthood so I hope they get some praise. I love tipping and giving my money to places and people that deserve it. Keep up the good work! I always bring my cars to this particular location. The ppl are friendly and the associates are always approachable and helpful. Today I had a serious issue where a valuable personal item had got sucked in the vacuum and the manager on site "Tan" was super helpful and went out her way to help me recover it. I had grown a bit disturbed but her being so calm and helpful let me know we gonna find it and to not panic. Well we did just that! Thank you so much for your great customer service Tan! It's hard to find a good car wash and this is it!!! The service is just okay but I can get in and out. I join the membership plan because the price is unbeatable! We I'm on this side of town to get my car washed it's always closed!!!! There's always some sort of mechanical issue going on and it's very inconvenient to drive specifically to this business across town for this service and it's almost never available. Worst place ever! They will charge you even after you try to canx the autopayment because you can't canx just postpone payments. I set mine to restart some time in 2028 and 2 months later auto payments started again. LOCK YOUR CARD! Great car wash with extra items to use for convenience unless it's bad weather and then the vacuums aren't turned on.

I don't know what they're spraying on tires to make them shine, but it looks like black motor oil! On the drive home, the black oil slung all over the lower half of my car behind all 4 tires. I had to rewash my car with DAWN! I still can't get it all off the outside of the tires! This happened about a month ago at this location, but I thought maybe I had gone through an oil spill. Nope! It was there yesterday, too! Never again! I have complained to the company and all they offer is a voucher for another car wash. read more

I have no clue what is going on in the second lane today. But me and a customer have been sitting for more than ten minutes. The guy helping with the machine left and never came back which result in the guy in the white suburban truck to ask the lady working the first lane what the issue was. The machine also wasn't taking cash either. Not everybody want to have to use their card either. I come here all the time I understand it's busy today no excuse to why the workers can't communicate with customers to why the machine or gate wouldn't lift up. read more

Have been using this car wash for years. The quality of the wash has marginal but fair for the cost. Three months ago I ran my truck through the wash and received two 8 ft scratches on the driver side door and bed. While drying my truck I notified the employee and photos were taken, along with a report being made. I was contacted and met with a regional manager, He made it known that they reviewed their video of my truck and it showed NO scratches before entering the wash. I was told to have the scratches buffed out and submit a invoice. With any business there will be quality escapes, the good company's try to correct these matters. Horrible experience!!! The car wash denied responsibility for tearing off my driver side mirror in the car wash because my car is over 10 years old!!!!! Not because it was loose or not in good condition, but solely because of the age of my car. My car is in excellent condition despite it's age and has been through that car wash for years!!! They would not even reimburse me the money for the MONTH that I waited for them to reach a decision about my claim. I would not drive through there again until they paid for the damage. They do not appreciate loyal customers and only want your money. read more

We brought our F250 truck In on Thurs 2/27/2020 and the truck was extremely dirty when we exited the car wash. The Vaccum system literally didn't suck. One of the worst places we've been to for a car wash in a long time. We will not be returning and will be returning to Mister Car Wash in Conyers, GA from now on. read more

My antenna broke off my vehicle today while going thru the wash. However, I want to recognize Porter for taking the time to locate my broken antenna, as he saved me alot of money to replace. The Car Wash service was quick and efficient. However, there must be an attendant to assist at the Kiosk as I brought my 2 cars to wash today, my son was driving the other car and he was having difficulty with the Kiosk, so I had to pay for my Wash, drive forward so the other customer can use the Kiosk, I exited my vehicle to assist my son with his purchase on the Kiosk on the second lane to the right. this company is a real trip. this is my second posting on this location. 1. watered down cleaning liquid 1/2 clean rags to wipe down the cars 2. open whenever they want to be... 3. im usually billed on the 1st of each month, but not today.. dec 26th i have a charge for 14.99. im supposed to be billed on the 1st! these people are insane. if you are not supposed to bill until the 1st, dont bill me on the 26th of the month before. more crappy internal workings of this business. just sick and tired of trying to get a car wash that was paid for and they are closed most mornings and late to open.. and now billing a week in advance.. stay away from these people. just no accountability and no phone number to get in touch with anyone. read more
