I found this car wash on the way home from work. The wash itself was affordable, the customer experience was fantastic, and the car came out sparkling clean! The communication was poor when I was inquiring about the getting another sticker because it came off. The only way I could get in contact with was by leaving a 1star review on google. And as soon I left review the own sent these nasty text massages to me the customer. Then they removed my review so I made another from my other google account. Showing the text thread of the owner said. I guess he didn't like how many people were reading the text messages that he sent to me the customer. So he goes and removed my second review and put back my first review and changed how he responded. But pictures below will show how ill- mannered and unprofessional the owner is. Just look at how the owner respond to customer when have a problem getting smart and being nasty. Do not support this business there are terrible and if you disagree they will try to belittle you. read more

THIS IS THE MESSAGE I RECEIVED FROM THE MANAGER of the Speed Wash in Morrow! Well mary, as I told the manger to tell you, I would contact you when I get back in town monday. We do over 100k cars a year and your us the only one that has a problem and all go through same process. Again, we did over 600. Cars today and only yours had a problem. The issue we have is that people bring in cars with previous damage, if it falls off in our wash, we have 30 cameras to determine but even then, very unlikely. If you think a yelp bullying review will help your cause, you are mistaken. I told you to contact me directly but ad of your previous nonsense reviews, it seems you just want your way and that's it. At this point, all I can say is stay away from my wash. Put of thousands, you are the only one that had a problem and stuff like this doesnt come off unless already broken. One day you will learn that these sights are not a good way to bully people into paying for your already broken stuff nks new manager for attempting to update equipment. Today my experience again was less than pleasant. SEE THE PHOTO. My drivers side handle was ripped off. Also the vacuum suction on one side was not working. And the smell of the water was rancid. The Ford dealership quoted me $146 for the handle but it cannot be installed by me so that is an additional cost. Headed back to speak to the manager. read more

This place sucks. The dryer doesn't even dry the car before you leave the wash and I the vacuums are so weak that they don't even stay suctioned to the holder: not to mention the vacuum lot is filthy! Not even worth $6. Don't waste your money read more

I'm search of a new car wash via Google & Yelp I came across Speedwash after realizing that I'd waited way too late to catch a traditional Handwash. The car wash was clean and offered affordable drive through car wash options and free self serve vacuum. I opted for a $10 wash and feel that I got my money's worth considering this was done via the drive through. The vacuum's were ok but didn't offer an extremely strong suction which I would've preferred to get all those tiny crumbs and bits of whatever may have been there. All in all if your looking for a quick wash and open to detailing the nooks and crannies of your vehicle after running it through this is your spot. read more

This used to be my recommended location for an affordable carwash in the Morrow area. I enjoyed the fact that the attendants are always pleasant and polite. I will note that I'm not returning because their prices went up dramatically and what is advertised is not what is provided. I paid for carwash that should have included a hand towel dry off and tire shine....I received neither. In addition my car was spotty after the spot free wash soooo I'm not really sure what I actually received! The vacuums still work well oh and would call the business but the number had been disconnected. read more

I have found better car washes than this establishment. I don't like being limited to a 10 minute vacuum. They have signs up displaying this and the vacuums are not stong enough to pick up the dirt and crums my kids leave. They also did not have enough soap in the wash that I chose to clean my vehicle. I also don't have to buy towels out of a machine. The car wash that I usually use provides this as a courtesy. Along with windex and air freshner for free. I was in the area a decided to check this place out and I won't return. I wasted 12 bucks on this place. read more

Great little spot to wash the car yourself. Automated washer allows the use of card cash or coin.

This is the ONLY CAR WASH i come to. The owner is so friendly. I work six days a week so i don't ever have time to wash my own car and the last car wash i went to in Stockbridge left so many streaks on my car and when i went i went back to tell them they acted like they didn't even cared. read more
