When we first saw Moana in action at another friend's birthday party, I quickly asked which company they used because I knew I had to use them for our own Elsa entertainment! Not only was our Elsa experience equally incredible, but I was able to experience the collaboration and booking process with Ashley. She answered my initial questions about how to make it the best day for my daughter and she was willing to work with me on updated timing etc. with zero issue. Ashley wow's us from the very first email reply. She was attentive, polite, knowledgeable and extraordinarily thorough. She patiently answered every question, made great recommendations, and worked well with the venue making sure all of the permits were submitted on time. The day of the event was crazy but we never had to worry about the Talent. They arrived on time, and dove right into entertaining the kids. Most party services just do story, songs and a few simple activities. Rapunzel and Flynn went WAAAY beyond that. They had every kid engaged at 110% while Flynn had everyone running around searching for treasure and playing hide and seek with Pascal, Rapunzel was focused on the quieter kiddos doing face painting, princess time and more. And yes they did story, song and dance and it was amazing. not only were the costumes top notch, but the acting and vocal talent was on point. It was like bringing Disneyland talent to your party.
