He responded a very promptly and signing the agreement was very easy. He required no deposit. He was great with communication. Of course it was a plus for me that he did a bilingual show. He came on time and he was flexible with my own show curriculum. The kids were not scared of him thankfully lol . He was funny. His price is reasonable. It was a plus. I hired this clown a month in advance for specific date and time, and we had a signed contract confirming all the details. On the day of the party, he was a no-show. I waited and texted them about 20 minutes after the agreed start time of 4pm , no response. I called several times after with no reply. Hours later, around 7 PM, they finally got back to me, saying they had mixed up the time and address. They offered a $30 discount and an apology, but the damage was done. It's frustrating to think I could have made other arrangements . I wish they would have communicated earlier in the day or double-checked their details. Unfortunately, I can't recommend them based on this experience. Edit : the free one hour only during the week, does not compensate for your negligence. It was my son bday party. I called you multiple times and you failed to answer. There was no deposit, because you required no deposit. Again I wish could have hired someone else . read more

BEST CLOWN IN TOWN. He arrived on time! He did a magic show, he did games for an hour. He did balloon twisting for half an hour and face painting for another half hour. I had about 25 kids. We sang the birthday song twice. Crowd was happy. We loved the show! read more

Pros: Price point, written contract & all in one service. Cons: Respectfully the jokes and games were not executed well or not as humorous. The kids would literally go back to playing and would have to be called to come back. The Clown and kids makeup were very basic. Pros: -Good value for the price -Balloons and face painting were good quality -Flexible with the set up and show schedule (We ended up with a sick bday boy and he worked things around the situation well) -kept the party moving and cut down the work on our end - Our group of ten kids all got plenty of turns for paint/balloons/ games Cons: - Slightly disorganized - Between running a bit late and set up, the start time was pushed a bit - limited communication - lastly, the show was not "magic" at all, but more so random games. I hired him because I saw two reviews that were good therefore I decided to give him a try. One of the things that I didn't like was that he was very disorganized. He asked me if I wanted to do face painting or the games first I decided to do face painting first. He started doing it them, but he didn't ask kids to make a line, all kids were just going therefore some of the smaller kids didn't get their face painted because he was running out of the time. He never said anything like from which time he was doing the face painting or how many kids was he going to be able to do. He said that he was going to do balloons but he didn't do any balloons not even for my daughter the birthday girl and he said it was because I asked him to paint a little girl that was like 3 years. I just felt bad for the kids that didn't get their faces painted since they were around 2 to 5 years. He didn't mentioned anything about the balloons he finished everything and asked him about the balloons and he blame me because I asked him to paint the little girl face. HE SHOULD HAVE MORE COMMUNICATION WITH THE PARENTS AND BE MORE ORGANIZED. Try to make lines boys and girls smaller to bigger and let the costumer know from which time he is going to do face painting, balloons and games. He never mentioned anything about balloons until I asked him. I just don't think it's fair. If you hired him to any of your events make sure you have good communication with him and make things clear because at least with me he didn't. read more
