The cuing is so great, he gives a little,"I'm with you," chuckle when someone is challenged and smiles or laughs which feels accepting and engaging. I loved the progression of moves and tips on levels to work out more intensely or back off when needed. He purposely tells us when we are warming up, working hard, engaging core and cooling down. During the hour long workout Gordon gave us a taste of ai chi, aqua yoga, liquid endurance, tabata; it's all wonderful for building strength, improving cardio endurance and flexibility; his music is super enjoyable. The class members, male and female, were singing Gordons praises and I heard "its changed my life," from a 65 yr old who switched from HIIT classes to Gordons pool workouts! He said we just got the fish in and we didnt have time to change prices. I like so you just making prices up and over charge customers? I see why you guys are losing business.
