This business did an excellent job. The issue was they have one person quote the job and a crew come do the work. In between the quote and the job being done, we cleaned our house solar panels ourselves so did not have them clean those panels when their crew arrived. Because it was on their quote, they thought we didn't pay them. But the work was never done. The owner still believes they did this work ( they didn't). Now they won't work for us. Extremely unprofessional considering, all they had to do was call us and communicate , but they didn't. We pride ourselves on paying for work received. He came within a couple of days and gave me a fair quote considering I have very high, hard-to-get-at windows in my townhome. (A couple of other companies I called couldn't get to me for 3 weeks.) They called to let me know when they were coming and asked if it would be ok if they arrived early. Seriously? Our windows had not been washed for 3 years so they were really dirty. We have a house with Spanish style cement roofing and it was very dirty. We bought the house a year ago but it was built in 2000 and had never been cleaned. They do a good job cleaning windows but are much too expensive. They also do gutter cleaning. Their price went up 50% this year over last year. Also, they didn't clean the downspouts so the gutters overflowed and when I asked them to clean them they wanted to charge me all over again. Be warned. read more

I hired Crystal Clean A1 Window Services to clean out the gutters on my 2-story house. The service was prompt and I was told me my gutters were cleaned out and water was flowing the next day, however I wasn't home to see what all they did. Roofers came later that week to look at the roof for seasonal maintenance and threw down sun-worn parts from a kite that were inside the gutter on the rear of the house. I'm going to add to all of Corey's glowing recommendations. I don't know how I lived without Crystal Clean A1 cleaning my windows before--but I will never go back. His crew shows up on time, and is extremely professional and careful (I admit to a little hyper-anxiety over my marble floors). They quickly had my screens and windows so clean they disappeared (sorry birds, look out)! They got all of the cat nose prints off the windows AND got paint off left behind by the builder that I'd resigned myself to living with after my failed attempts at cleaning. This was my first window cleaning (but definitely not my last), but they've cleaned my solar panels before: that resulted in a ten percent increase in production (amazing, right?). These guys were the worst. They did so much damage to our house and a terrible job on the windows. They broke the plastic framing on the French doors, not once, but twice. They knocked the sliding door off the track. They broke one of the venetian blinds. On top of that, knowing that our windows were "foggy", I spoke to him before hand about getting them clean. He assured me that he could, with special grade steel wool and a cleaning product. He cleaned much of the glass, but it is so patchy, spots were just missed. I confronted him on this before he left, and was told the glass was etched and there was nothing he could do about it. Sorry, this is so patchy, that simply is not the case. He just missed spots.
