Not sure how I feel about this place…read more.... There is nowhere to really sit some tables would be nice besides these plastic chairs. You can not self load your card with a debit/credit card, you have to go to the counter. It is a bit too cold for my liking.....maybe turn the heat up?? After all it's currently 30° The machines aren't all that large & look very old. No vending machines.....it would be nice to grab a tea, water, small snack & not have to drag my kids down the walkway in the frigid temps. Dryers are awful & don't dry worth pretty disappointing when you have to go to another place to finish what you can't here..... Oh well onto the next place next weekend....not sure I'll be back here. Also you cant put small nominations onto your card! What if you don't use all the money & have no plans to come back?? It turns out that they had actually gotten pen all over my dress and instead of telling me, they made up excuses to keep my dress longer. The wedding I had was the next day, so I had to rush around and find another dress to wear. They wanted all the information on the dress, how much I paid for it, how old it was etc, to give me money for the dress they ruined. They only gave me a fraction of what I spent on the dress and they justified it by telling me that if I sold the dress on Poshmark or anywhere that I would have gotten that amount anyways. This is the first and last time I will ever be using one of their services. Not only did they lie to me in the first place, they ruined my dress and didn't give me enough compensation or time to go buy the dress again.
