They even can email you to let you know your clothes are ready which is nice when they are done early and it saves you a trip back because you may be passing on your way home or whatever. Free Starbucks coffee surely sweetens the deal! Oh yeah, they also happen to be the least expensive of any dry cleaner too. $1.79 shirts. Pretty much everyone else charges twice that or more. They also always have suckers for the kids and sometimes have bones for the fury ones too. Now they even clean comforters and have a laundry drop off service too. The same day laundry drop off service is a little pricy but no more than anywhere else! Some locations now are open on Sundays but some aren't so check first. Some have night drop boxes too. Also if you want drop off bags (laundry bags) just ask and they'll gladly provide one free of charge! They are always friendly and professional. Every CD1 I've ever been to including this one is a well oiled machine like the drive through at Portillo's at noon! Added benefit: they speak English!!! This might seem like a silly remark but I can't tell you how frustrating it is to deal with the Asian/Chinese whatever / mom and pop dry cleaners that barely can say please and thank you let alone answer even a simple "how much does that cost" lol! Plus those guys always make you feel bad for asking for your stuff sooner than a 3-4 days later after you drop it off and sometimes even charge extra to get your stuff faster. You can not self load your card with a debit/credit card, you have to go to the counter. It is a bit too cold for my liking.....maybe turn the heat up?? After all it's currently 30° The machines aren't all that large & look very old. No vending machines.....it would be nice to grab a tea, water, small snack & not have to drag my kids down the walkway in the frigid temps. Dryers are awful & don't dry worth pretty disappointing when you have to go to another place to finish what you can't here..... Oh well onto the next place next weekend....not sure I'll be back here. It is bright, clean, quiet, and staffed. They do have several sizes of machines ranging in price from $3.75 to 11.00 wash. (11 is like a Ferris wheel!) drying is .75 per 13 minutes. Dryers are hot and 13-20 mins is good to go even for towels. Carts are readily available. Clean floor if you drop something. Everyone has access to folding area. Bathrooms are clean but need a swipe from an attendant. Vending machines available and reasonably priced. Tv is on low if you're interested, background music is low. Chickens play area. Several walls of washers and dryers. I got 10 loads done in 2 hours! Spendy ok, but have you ever hand washed 10 loads... let's weigh the options here. Detergent is available, bleach, oxi clean, and even laundry bags... all for a small price. Also have drop off service. It is credit card or add dollars to a swipe.
