You can access those before or after your wash and there are packages where you can get the wipes for the dash and windows also for DIY detailing. They do not take out car seats for cleanings due to safety concerns. Cleaned under my seats and vacuumed my mats as well. Spotless and smelled great! These washes are popping up faster than TikTok dance fads. Appreciate the free vacuums. They're…read morenice and powerful. But the wash itself always leaves me nervous, especially if it's busy. They'll pack the cars bumper to bumper, but that leaves no buffer if (read: when) the track fails to hold the wheels of the car behind you and that car gets pushed into yours. (They're always having to shut down the track to prevent collisions. It's just scary.) And heaven help you if your license plate contains a zero. Their app lanes routinely confuse these with the letter O and force an employee to look up my plate by hand. It's always a crapshoot whether the scanner will read my plate correctly. Annoying and undercuts the convenience of the app lane. Beware.
