I love the way the car looks afterwards, no soap or wax left behind and service is always friendly. There are options for monthly memberships, but I haven't gotten one since I get my car washed maybe once every few months, more often in winter for salt. Will definitely consider one though when I use my car more for travel. The free vacuums are a huge bonus. You can access those before or after your wash and there are packages where you can get the wipes for the dash and windows also for DIY detailing. Now I just wish there was one closer to Allegan so I could go more often, not just when I'm in Holland!

I'm sure for the bigger cars like SUVs the quote is higher. I was asked about any specific concerns I had or certain areas they should focus on. Super helpful and knowledgeable. They do not take out car seats for cleanings due to safety concerns. Cleaned under my seats and vacuumed my mats as well. Spotless and smelled great! The car was done at exactly one hour mark of my appointment time.

These washes are popping up faster than TikTok dance fads. Appreciate the free vacuums. They're…read morenice and powerful. But the wash itself always leaves me nervous, especially if it's busy. They'll pack the cars bumper to bumper, but that leaves no buffer if (read: when) the track fails to hold the wheels of the car behind you and that car gets pushed into yours. (They're always having to shut down the track to prevent collisions. It's just scary.) And heaven help you if your license plate contains a zero. Their app lanes routinely confuse these with the letter O and force an employee to look up my plate by hand. It's always a crapshoot whether the scanner will read my plate correctly. Annoying and undercuts the convenience of the app lane. Beware.
