Just because you come out to a property and turn on a switch doesn't make me responsible for your lack of judgement. No diagnosis was needed. You were aware of what needed to be done. Side note, there is no iaqualink panel inside. It's obvious your company lacks experience with my equipment. I had to get my heater running because your techs didn't get it up and running for the season. Hmmmm, maybe I should have gotten a discount on my spring pool opening. During this construction I watched the service guys clean their tools in the standing water of our pool, but when work was completed they charged us an additional $600 to clean the pool! When they mistakingly measured for the metal casing that covered our automatic pool cover we ended up with a very low grade home made aluminum panel that is quite an inconvenience to move when it is necessary to access, as it no longer has access panels. Every year since the new concrete, they have had to re-anchor the tracks for pool cover. Causing additional service fees and forcing us to lower our pool water mid-season, which they charge us for as well. Our cleanings were regular, but all trash from chemicals was left in storage area. Every year they closed I have had to rearrange the tarp and retrieve it from the pool within the first month. They have no regard for our personal property or equipment, tossing it to the side if it is in their way. This is our final season with them, as stated by others we have seen an increase in not only service fees but now trip charges!!

We purchased our hot tub from Northwest Spa & Pool, it was delivered & set sometime around Christmas of 2017, it was still under warranty so the service call cost us nothing! This is our second Jacuzzi hot tub in 16 years, I can only think of 3 problems over all those years + we have had incredible service both here in Spokane & Elko Nevada. Jacuzzi's are that well made & nothing moves water like it! If your looking for hot tub, buy a Jacuzzi. If your in the Inland Empire buy from Northwest Spa & Pool. I found Pool World to be unprofessional, and too costly for the non-service. I'd avoid Pool World if you're looking for someone to clean your pool.

We finance one which is not done in house but through Wells Fargo. They do input your application. Once approved the tub was ordered and delivery date set up. Ordering and waiting for a delivery date did take about 1 month. We were on vacation for 2 weeks so it seemed shorter. Delivery day!! They called yesterday to remind us of our scheduled delivery. They arrived on time if not a little early. They had an easy path to the pad so unloading didn't take very long. Setup, lid installation and wiring was done pretty quick too. They double-down on their disdain for females not in their pack by being rude and unfriendly. It feels a lot like high school bullying from 40 years ago. I have brought the issue to a couple of the instructors and they just shrug and agree that they've seen it but... I don't expect Kroc staff to do anything about it necessarily.
