We explained what the problem was with our washing machine before they came. The guy showed up and…read morelooked at it for 1 minute and immediately said the grinding and loud noise means the washing machine is done and would cost just as much to buy a new machine. So we paid $125 for someone to come and immediately say it's not worth fixing. I think they knew ahead of time it wasn't worth fixing but sent someone out anyway and took our money. Just didn't sit right with us. On another note the tech that came out was very nice and explained the situation. We just feel robbed.

The new board did not work as well so we called Thomas Home Services. They were nice on the phone, stated they would charge us a tech call fee to come out and determine what the issue was which is understandable. They stated after they figure out what the problem is, they would apply the $125 service call to the bill if we moved forward with the repairs. After the service guy came out, which he was very nice and knowledgeable, he stated it was the 2 small switches in front and our transformer underneath. Stated it was $680 - $125 for everything. We agreed but they stated they had to order the parts and they would come back the following week around Tuesday. Tuesday came and we did not hear from them. I called them on Wednesday and they stated the parts came in and would have someone call me. Again, another day went by and no one called. I had to call back in where they told me they could not come out until Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week and would put us on the 1st stop at 8am. We scheduled for Tuesday. 8:20am came by and no word. I called and asked if someone was coming and the lady stated the service guy had to stop by the parts store to pickup the parts and then would head our way. The guy finally showed up at 8:45am. Mind you, I was advised the previous week by 2 people the parts were in and they already had them on hand. After the service guy installed the 2 switches which took about 10 -15 min, he started on the transformer. After we swapped out the transformer, he proceeded to advise us that it was not the transformer but most likely something with the internal wiring and they would have to pull the built in fridge out and start to tear things apart to find out where the break in the wire was bad. We did not want to spend the money on that. They ended up billing us $400 for 2 switches. I spoke to the manager and he stated they don't charge by the hour, just what the billing time states for the parts. I asked him for a breakdown of labor and parts and he stated they don't do invoices that way. I would assume it is THEIR way of covering all the labor they did on our fridge for something that did not need to be replaced which they misdiagnosed from the beginning. Now, here comes more horrible service: I looked under the fridge to see how things were put back as I had a bad feeling after what they did on the above. The service guy only put 1 screw back on to hold the cover plate. He did not put the other 2 screws on. After I took the cover plate off, the service guy did not put the transformer cover back on as well. He shoved it back under the fridge and put all the screws under the fridge laying on the ground. Every time you call this place, they asked you how they can put a smile on your face. What a joke. I would never use this company nor recommend them. They did not finish the job and wasted our time/money.

The manager Ryan responded quickly with an estimate then arranged the service call. Domingo and Dan did the work as soon as it was convenient for me and did exactly what I had asked to be done. Finally, the woman in the office (whose name I didn't catch) was also friendly and efficient when I called to make the payment. I highly recommend this local business and will call them again if I need electrical and/or plumbing services. Thank you to all at Brutinel who helped extend power to my deck.

They said first that the sewage under the MH needed to be pumped out before they would go under the home. I called a pumping company who came out 12 hours later and said there was no sewage to pump and everything was dry. Brutinel came out again the next day with TWO plumbers and fixed the plug. The price? Just over $1,000, including over $100 in materials. They said that they needed someone in the unit to turn on and off the faucets while the apprentice(!) went under the trailer and fixed the leak. I told them I could do that for less than the $200/hr they were paid (excluding the time it took me to coordinate this fiasco). They refused to reduce the price. Then I asked for a detailed breakdown of the parts that cost so much. They came back and said that it should have been only $14 - they had "made a mistake." Well, my mistake was using them at all. After about 6 years of using them for everything from changing out a light pole to fixing all kinds of electrical and plumbing problems, we've moved on.

Keith was dispatched to handle my plumbing issue, and he arrived promptly and ready to tackle the problem. His professionalism and expertise were evident from the start, as he quickly assessed the situation and set to work with a clear plan. I had previously reached out to Roto Rooter, who quoted me over $400 for the repair, but Keith and Rodeo Plumbing offered a far more reasonable solution without compromising on quality. Not only did Rodeo Plumbing save me a significant amount of money, but they also provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. Keith took the time to explain the repairs needed and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. It's refreshing to find a company that values their customers and stands by their work. I wholeheartedly recommend Rodeo Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services. They have earned my trust, and I will definitely be reaching out to them for any future plumbing needs!

My elderly mother who's going through kidney failure called me and said her water heater wasn't working. I looked up local companies because I like to support small businesses. I found rodeo plumbing. Corie was very responsive... at first. He came to the house, told my mother her water heater was out of warranty, she believed him. Corie advised the water heater needed to be replaced. Corie called his technician Keith, who was in town and could be here within a few hours with the new water heater. We paid the replacement cost and cost of the new water heater. Well, before Keith got here, I called the warranty company and they advised we had two years left on our warranty. I called Corie and advised of that before Keith got here. He said "great, we'll work on getting you reimbursed." When Keith was done installing, he wanted us to sign the invoice, we told him we wouldn't sign it until it said "pending reimbursement for warranty." He was very frustrated and annoyed with us, but he wrote it on the invoice. Well what do you know, they never emailed us that invoice. I've asked several times since this to contact Corie and he constantly says "I'm working on it." And nothing has been done, it has now been months. They've stolen from us and refuse to reimburse us. I will be taking this matter as far as I can take it. People who take advantage of the elderly should be held accountable to the highest degree. The heartlessness of this "company" is laughable. Stay far far away!
