So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!

We opted to wait til the next morning and Rene showed up at 6:30AM, replaced our AC unit's motor (quicker than expected), hosed down our unit, and offered great advice for maintenance and what to expect moving forward. Last time (a couple years ago), Flores also showed up quickly and repaired our unit, was so helpful and did a great job accommodating our budget as best as he could. Both experts felt safe and professional. With unbearable summer heat causing so many AC issues around the Valley, it can be hard to get someone to fix AC units to the house quickly, and they haven't disappointed yet. I had new capacitor, new breakers, new switch, new pool timer, and had the pump tested to make sure it worked, by a pool store. Still wouldnt come on. People said it may be underground wiring, but I wasnt digging up my yard for nothing. Steve showed up and wasnt even scared if my big pitbull/mastiff mix or my big husky. He went straight to the pit like he knew him already with a "HEYYYYY!" Made my little so happy he was wagging his whole body. Haha! The husky sat and ate grass next to him while he worked on the electrical setup out back. He figured it out and even showed me the issue. No BS. Efficient. Dog-friendly, and a really cool dude.
