I hired them to replace the outlets and light switches throughout my home and paid a little over $650 for the work. Unfortunately, after the work was completed, every three-way switch in my house was no longer functioning properly. I contacted Pigeon Hill Electric about the issue and was told they would return to correct the work. That never happened. I have followed up multiple times and have since received no response. I also requested a partial refund given that I will now need to hire another electrician to diagnose and repair the switches, and that request has also gone unanswered. Mistakes happen, and I would not be leaving this review simply because something went wrong. My concern is the lack of follow-through after the problem was brought to their attention. I paid for electrical work to be completed correctly, was promised the problem would be fixed, and have now been left with improperly functioning switches, an additional repair expense, and no communication. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Pigeon Hill Electric.

Needed an emergency furnace repair and called Sunrise to come out and fix it. Chris, one of the…read moreowners, was very prompt and replaced the blower motor. However, something was off the next day and I called them to come back. Chris came back and adjusted something saying to call if there was another issue. A week later the furnace had an issue and wasn't working again. Called and spoke to Linda who said she'd call back with a time someone could come out. She called back six hours later to say they wouldn't be coming and didn't offer up another day for them to and fix the furnace. I had to call another repair man who came out to fix the issue. Apparently Chris had installed a motor that was too big for my furnace and ruined the blower which needed to be replaced. I showed up to their office with the broken motor Chris had installed to show them what had happened, requested a partial refund for the cost of the new blower motor I had to purchase. I thought this would be a reasonable thing to ask this was a mistake made by Sunrise. I've gone in twice to the office and all Linda can tell me is that Chris is aware. Still waiting for a refund that will likely never come. If y'all need furnace help, call Muthig's.
