We have them deliver to our home and our business. They are VERY responsive, excellent delivery people, always so kind, plus customer service is sweet as well. I can't believe the low Yelp rating! I used crystal clear for years without any problem. Perfect service. In an attempt to save a few pennies I switched to Costco's service with Hinkley Springs. It was absolutely terrible. They'd never leave the correct number of bottles or even the correct water. Hinkley Springs Customer support was horrid too. Worst thing I'd ever done. Crystal clear is excellent. I always get the water I ordered and the bottles I need. They even consider extra days between deliveries for holidays! So they'll leave me an extra bottle if they know it'll be a bit longer. The water itself is good but the customer service of the Atlanta region is miserable. They have yet to meet any timing schedule noted in correspondence. They were two days late in the delivery of the original service (water and dispenser). Upon delivery the dispenser didn't work so the rep said he would come back the next day with another. That didn't happen so the water delivered was not usable. The rep arrived a day late with no correspondence with a substitute dispenser since they did not have the one I chose in stock (bottom loader). All of this I could deal with but the rep said he would come by the next day with the replacement dispenser. 2 weeks hence no rep no dispenser. Then I receive correspondence from the company that there was a scheduled delivery water was to take place 8 days ago which was a Thursday. So far no water. I called the customer service rep on the next Monday, whose rhetoric was helpful but seemingly short on execution since we have no water, no correspondence, no rep. I guess they don't need my business. I cannot recommend this service for Atlanta. Time to look elsewhere. read more

Monthly delivery service for glass water with deposit service. Love to get monthly water delivered at a fraction of the price of the grocery store. I love Mountain Valley water and they deliver it to our house in AMES! read more

I enjoy the service. The only caveat is that they will not provide customers with a regular day twice a month for delivery. Every time there is a holiday, your delivery day will get pushed to another day. I even tried calling Shelby, but was told that the customer has no say in this. Crystal Clear is the best bottled water that we have found....the delivery guys are ultra friendly and the company's service is over the top! They are a locally owned, family business and certainly know what they're doing. The LaCroix sparkling water is really good, especially the lime, and the Mountain Valley water makes me feel so good. We switched all of our coffee and tea to Crystal Clear too because they deliver it all together for free every month. Seriously, love this company! read more

I emailed for an appointment and was scheduled right away at a time I requested. Robert was prompt on arriving and worked quickly. We had a filter change in our kitchen and repair on the whole house water softener. I was informed what was wrong, what needed to be done, and how much it would be before work began. The work was done quickly - within an hour. I was pleased. We also use their bottled water delivery service at our natural health care clinic. The employees are always very nice and respectful of our busy life and office. They get right to work and work quickly to finish yet do a great job. I will go out of my way to use a business with excellent customer service even if it costs a little more. I have been very pleased with their customer service over the last 7 years. read more

My husband and I have had a Crystal Clear System for our drinking water for several years. The service we have received has been outstanding the servicemen most helpful and courteous. Our water pressure was low and they noticed it right away and replaced the faucet on the reverse osmosis system. We notice the difference when drinking our water and going someplace that doesn't have the same system and ours by far tastes better.
