I hit the jackpot with this team. Rick (Owner) and (Peggy -- brains of the office) did a fantastic job in coordinating the installer and drywall specialist. The hardware and shower door were perfect considering the production bottlenecks. Now the only thing left is the painter and tile replacement guys who are running two weeks out or more. Nonetheless, the cost from Herr was reasonable-- far cheaper than as advertised Big Box Bathroom Installers. There were no gimmicks- just a fair price with a super installer. Outstanding work!
