I've not done business with this firm. Everything expressed in this review is my own opinion, and…read moreagain, I've never hired this firm. What I have experienced however, is receipt of a letter threatening my family with legal action if we access a fire hydrant via a county-permitted firm (The WaterPros) https://www.yelp.com/biz/water-pros-n-las-vegas?osq=water+pros%2C+pool+filling&override_cta=Get+pricing+%26+availability whom have been permitted to connect, meter, and dispense water from a COUNTY-OWNED fire department, and additionally threatened that the hydrant may not be used in the event OUR HOME IS ON FIRE. Does this lawfirm miss even the most BASIC DUE DILIGENCE in looking on the web at the County Water District's permitting process and who is permitted to connect, meter, and charge for water services such as filling a pool? Or claim that a hydrant in a non-gated HOA cannot be used to put out a fire near that hydrant? Clark County Water district permits various vendors to access these hydrants so locals can hire them to fill their pools. The County WANTS these vendors to access the hydrants as often as possible, because it keeps the waterlines clean and healthy. It also enables the County to gain pressure reports from permit holders, ensuring the hydrant meets legal pressurization requirements. https://www.lvvwd.com/engineering-resources/about/construction/index.html When I told the attorney at this office that I was laughing at this ridiculous letter, I was threatened that "laughing at them only makes them want to take me down that much more." Seems like a pugilistic response when they were in error from the jump. Great they served two people here well. Odd they lack basic research skills, even here on Yelp where the WaterPros are highly rated for their professionalism and service. WaterPros had never heard of a lawfirm threatening them for access to a county-owned hydrant. Nor had the County Water District's legal office, who assured me I had nothing to worry about, and to call them back if anything further occurred. Incidently, the WaterDistrict got a good chuckle out of this as well, and made it clear to this law firm that the HOA doesn't have jurisdiction here. It's a COUNTY-OWNED HYDRANT, and is marked as such by being painted yellow. I can't imagine a lawfirm sending this kind of letter without basic due diligence and in my opinion, they're a shyster outfit who tries to intimidate people with no regard for what the county regulations and restrictions actually are. It's a pretty damn big detail to miss, don't you think? As far as the trees, we weren't trimming OUR trees hanging over their fence, we trimmed THEIR trees hanging over OUR fence. At no time did we step onto their property to trim trees, so that statement is an outright lie. I'm not a fan of lawfirms being dishonest. Are you? I strongly suggest finding another firm if you're looking at these guys. Alternatively, perhaps this letter was accidentally sent during "bring your sixthgrader to work" day? And at the end of the day, where is the harm to the HOA or their residents if the hydrant is accessed for 60 minutes every few years? None. Just a "Karen" who apparently called the HOA's attorney because they didn't like a pool being filled from the hydrant.

Without sharing specifics or details or out situation, these attorneys were able to work across state lines for us and intervene before it was too late. You will forever be heroes in our home and family, so for that, we want to say, THANK YOU!!

I refer my nephew Billy and my son Thomas to this law firm because I had a positive experience with…read morethem when I had used them back in 2012. My nephew and son have never been in an accident before and had a lot of questions that they did not understand nor how to addressed it so they had asked me to call their contact person for them ( Bridget ) while they were both present and with me. I left Bridget 2 voicemails to call us back and she ignored me both times it's been a month and a half and still she hasn't called me back. Today my son tells me she tells him it's a confidential case that's her excuse of not calling me back. First of all I called her while all party was present with me so they can talk to her I'm just there to guide them to ask the questions that they wanted clarification on Secondly if Bridget was a professional she would return my calls to explain to me why she couldn't call me back instead of just ignoring me. She tells my son and nephew that they need to sign a release form ( if she reached out to us sooner we would abide in what she needs so there no excuse to use the confidentiality factor my nephew and son would've gladly signed whatever form you needed them to sign if you let them know) My nephew has two open cases with you and he keeps asking me about the first case of when it's getting settled he's confused in where the case is at and he just wants me to find out what else needs to be done before his settlement. I'm just trying to guide him since I referred him to your law firm (I'm definitely regretting this decision since he's left clueless and confused) Another incident was my son Physical Therapist sent him for an MRI at Simon Med Imaging when we arrived they we're trying to collect cash from my son for the service. I told them he's under your attorney lien and they said nobody sent them any paperwork regarding the lien. I told him to refuse the service and we tried to call Bridget to ask about this and left very detailed messages and again she did not return our call. At this point I'm not sure if I should recommend anyone else to your law firm. My nephew and son are constantly confused and can not get a hold of Bridget when they have questions or concerns.
