On a customer service note the staff member at the front desk can go from pleasant to argumentative. You never know what you'll get. Unfortunately it is no longer a fun place to go. My boyfriend and I booked a one hour trail ride for a Saturday morning while we were visiting the Keuka Lake area. The team at Mountain Rose communicated effectively with us about moving our ride to the afternoon to miss the rain moving in. We had the most incredible afternoon. From the moment we arrived at the farm, we were transported into something of a movie. Got to lift and do elliptical every day in a great facility. All the free weights, weight machines and cardio machines you need.
