I hate giving a one star! Erazo Design remodeled my master bathroom. The cabinets they built are…read morebeautiful. I love my remodel. Here' s the problem-the medicine cabinet is coming out of the wall. According to the directions the insert should have been built out. It doesn't seem that is the answer. I say this bc the screws on the inside of the cabinet are coming out. We have tried to put them back in at an angle hoping to hit the wood but they are only hitting drywall. As a result the top of the medicine cabinet is leaning forward-therefore the door is not attaching as it should. I know it is a matter of time before the medicine cabinet comes out of the wall. I reached out to Miguel on a Monday & he stated he was slammed today but he could come out on Tuesday between 10:00-11:00. I said I will make it work. I rescheduled my work and waited on him until noon. I called and left him a message as well as texted no response. I called and left several messages/texts.....nothing! Fast forward, I emailed the company and Pedro responded to send photos so they can bring what is needed when they come out. I sent photos back-nothing. I have called Pedro and left messages w/ him and sent a follow up emails-nothing! I called Miguel again and left a message and sent a text asking him to text me-no response. I have given their information out to several friends looking to have work done. I as well as anyone how far a recommendation goes. Now I have to retract my recommendation and I hate that. I not only trusted but also paid Erazo Design to complete a job & stand behind their work-now it appears I am out more money to have someone come out and fix what should have been done to begin with. So much for having them to remodel my secondary bathroom and kitchen. Knowing what I know now, I would not use them again. Not the type of customer service I would have expected from this company.

We were very unhappy with both the process and the results of our two-bathroom renovation. No…read moresupervisor was present to coordinate the crew or oversee the work, so we came home to find mistakes daily: they installed the wrong bead board, reinstalled the old medicine cabinet rather than the new one, didn't measure for wall switches, painted the windows shut, re-installed a clearly broken electrical outlet and didn't bother to sand, leaving rough edges as trim. Aside from the mistakes, the lack of supervision meant crews operated at unpredictable times without notice (nights, weekends) and were very disrespectful of our home. They used our bed as a staging area for drywall, stored hardware on our glass picture frames and used an electric saw on our couch to cut tile. They left a mess inside every day and piles of trash outside every evening. Despite repeated requests to clean up the construction debris, no one would pick it up and we had to take it to the landfill ourselves. Each crew blamed the other for the problems so I had to contact each crew to find out how to fix the other's problems. I wondered why we even hired a contractor if we had to do this ourselves. The bright spot was Taylor the plumber, who was prompt, friendly and detail-oriented. Otherwise, we were disappointed start to finish.

This place is great!…read more For the past year I've had a granite counter top has needed to be cut, but every place I've tried to go to has been closed on Saturdays (hard to get out of work to travel to get stone cut). Finally I heard about Iib Stone from one of the wife's friends and we called to verify they were open on Saturdays; and yes they were. We took a little drive up to Suwannee this past Saturday not knowing how much it was going to cost to get the stone cut and were pleasantly surprised when it was only $10 to cut it. Others we had called said it would be between $60 and $100 for the same amount of work. That's 5 stars all the way for me! Not only will Iib cut some stone you have, but they also sale and specially cut granite, marble, etc to fit your needs. If I'm ever building or remodeling I'll call Iib for my stone and stone cutting needs.

very bad experience...a tile worker cut one of our pipes in the bathroom wall (near the kitchen…read morewhere they were working) which caused a water leak which eventually turned into water damage and mold in the kitchen cabinets....it was a complete mess...also, we paid for a tile floor job and they sub-contracted a young guy to do the work...after the job was complete, another contractor we hired to do some other work noticed air pockets in the tile work...the floor had not been properly adhered to the sub floor causing major air gaps...long story short - we had to have the whole floor redone by someone else...eventually had their insurance pay up and filed a lawsuit to get money for the mold and water damage from one of their men cutting a pipe by accident when he tried to remove an old backsplash....avoid this company as no one comes out to check their work or ask questions as to the quality of the work being done! BEWARE!!

I needed some updates to my kitchen and had some idea but not totally. The designers Jenifer and Justin were great in suggesting things and working with my budget. Unfortunately ding install there was an accident with my existing granite bar top and it broke. They tried to match it and almost installed it but I didn't want it because it was noticeably different. They decided to replace the bar top as well as the entire kitchen island with granite that I chose myself. They were also sensitive to my schedule as I had family from out of town arriving. They finished the day before and it was absolutely beautiful. I'll definitely work with them again as I have my master bath and closets to do next.

We needed a bathroom upgraded in an 80 plus year old home that did not work. The tub was cracked…read morethe plumbing was shot. I asked Chateau Sept Renovations to come out and provide a quote and to explain if the bathroom had any potential. Jose came out like the next day (IMPRESSIVE)! He explained what needed to be done, how long the job should take (unless they ran into issues with the home being this old) and all we needed to do is pick a day when they could get started. Since I did not have a clue as to what I was doing, I gave Chateau Sept Renovations, full control over renovating the bathroom. What I mean by that is they picked the tile and the flooring; we picked the paint. Even with authorizing them to create at will, Jose still sent several pictures of flooring and tile to ensure we were included in the process and to make us feel like we were truly getting what we wanted. When the project started, Jose and Matt came out to get everything in order. Products, materials and supplies started arriving at my home, so Jose and Matt created a staging area in the front of the house (my living room) ONLY because the day the project started a storm popped up and I mean it was storming. Although the interior of my home was used as a storage area, they covered the floor and everything around the supplies to ensure my carpet and furniture was protected. As the project progressed, Matt treated my home as if it were his own. When he didn't like how something turned out, he wouldn't leave until it was done the way he thought it should look based on what we requested. I mean the attention to detail surpassed my expectation. An example of that would be when the paint dried, he did not like how the dry wall appeared so the section he had a problem with, he sanded and painted again. I thought the room looked wonderful, but it was not where he wanted it to be. When a contractor takes that kind of pride in his work, then I will always use them in the future. My house is over 80 years old so they took their time to understand the potential problems with upgrading a house that old. Matt and Jose were transparent when they advised the potential problems when renovating older homes. They were correct, we ran into an issue with the plumbing and like professionals, they advised us of the issues, developed a plan and executed without even delaying the completion. It was certainly one of the best experiences I've had regarding contract work in a very long time. I will certainly use them for all my contracting needs.

I was very apprehensive going into this project but Jose was there every step of the way. He helped us with everything from deciding the layout of every room right down to the end when the last doorstop was installed. Jose was a joy to work with, even when we threw some ridiculous requests his way. He never said "I can't do that." Instead he would say "Sure thing. Let me figure out a way that I can do that for you." If you are thinking of doing any kind of home renovation, do yourself a favor and call Jose first. Then see if you can find anyone who can measure up to him. I'll just bet you can't.

Quote was reasonable, I would supply the materials. Total gutting of the bathroom - Tom suggested a walk-in shower. Stayed on budget, work completed in a couple of days. The bathroom looks great! During the bathroom remodel, I inquired about the kitchen. Tom gave me two quotes. Went with the 2nd quote, which would remove a wall and add an island. Wow! What a transformation!! Went with all of Tom's recommendation, which included additional cabinets/crown molding to complete the look, recessed lighting, new sink, counter tops, floors and changing/adding electrical outlets. Really opens up the place. Friends and family all remark on the craftmanship and how amazing it looks. Kitchen was completed on time and within budget. Tom and his team are very professional. Easy to work with, hard working, knowledgeable - went above and beyond. Very satisfied with all of my rooms. Will definitely call them again with my next remodel.

I was asked to pick out tile, fixtures, and cabinets from a list of vendors. I had initially…read moreselected grey cabinets, but called the vendor back to change my preference to white. I used white cabinet samples to compare to the countertops during selection. The work was done quickly at first. Demo took a couple days with the owner and one worker. When it came time to install the cabinets, they had ordered the grey color cabinets. When I called the vendor to confirm my color choice, she informed me that ARJ had never placed an order with them. The cabinets (and presumably the tile as well) must have been ordered from some alternate vendor. ARJ fought with me to insist that the grey cabinets were fine and looked good. I had to insist that they install the cabinets that I selected. Because the shower pan installation didn't account for the lip of the shower bench, the bench installation was done by cutting a notch out of my doorframe to accommodate. When I insisted this be corrected, the bench was cut down smaller and the notch was filled with silicone caulk (which shrunk upon drying). The mosaic tile used for the shower pan floor and on the walls was uneven and poorly cut and installed. ARJ blamed this on defective tiles from the manufacturer and insisted that this could not be avoided. No spacers were used on the mosaic tile resulting in uneven and jagged lines. Tiles were chipped and cracked during installation. There was a film left from the grout which has stained the tile floors. The wall tile and shower tile are still covered with a film. The light fixtures that were installed were not even centered above the sinks, and when I asked to have this corrected, ARJ suggested just moving the mirror over (even though this would also be off-center with the sink). I asked ARJ for an itemized invoice for the cost of materials numerous times and they never provided one. I was charged over $5,000 for materials (tile, cabinets, and countertops - fixtures were purchased personally). When confronted with the issues, ARJ argued that the work was fine and that the damage to the tiles was hardly noticeable, especially if you stood back from the walls. I insisted on receiving an itemized invoice because I feel certain I was overcharged for the materials (including the tile that was damaged).
