They are very professional, detail oriented, and responsive. We purchased a living room set (two couches), coffee table, and most recently, a recliner from DHI. We were able to choose the fabric and style for our couches. I chose a vanilla upholstery, dark wood, and dark studs. They turned out beautiful and exactly what I wanted! We've had them for almost a year now and are still very pleased with them. They look stylish and expensive, yet were actually very affordable. The table also looks expensive, stylish and not to mention heavy duty, but again, was very affordable. The recliner is my husband's favorite piece in our living room. We originally purchased a custom made electric recliner with blue velvet fabric, dark wood, and dark studs to match our couches. Although the chair was lovely, we weren't satisfied with the overall quality. We called and let them know we would be happy to pay more to swap for a better quality chair. They were very apologetic, even though they weren't at fault and was more than willing to help. George personally assisted us on the exchange and helped us pick out the new recliner. They let us keep the blue recliner until our new one arrived. The delivery team is polite, respectful, and on time. They delivered our items with great care. They have a wide selection of living room sets, bedroom sets, dining, patio, and so much more. If you see an item online that's not in the show room, you can ask for it to be delivered to their store to see in person. They truly value great customer service and it really shows!

After about a month has passed and I hadn't received a tracking number only a receipt, I reached out to the company to get an update, of course my calls went unanswered but a week later a representative from the sales team sent me an email with a tracking number and looped in Elizabeth, I'm guessing she is a manager, to express that I'm looking for an update on my furniture and an ETA. Did Elizabeth reply, NO of course not. It's has been 3 months and I still do not have any furniture or a refund. They are scammers! I'm warning everyone who want to shop at Dream home not to do so because they are a Nightmare. Just take my advice and think twice.

The atmosphere was warm, relaxed, and filled with charm. Prices are very fair, and the furniture and trinket selection was both wide-ranging and thoughtfully curated. I even scored a custom-made Crimson Tide hoodie and sweatpants set for my daughter that was just too cute to pass up. At one point, I sat down on one of their leather couches to contemplate a dining table... and nearly dozed off--it was that comfortable. We walked the entire show room floor found furniture we were interested in and from start to finish no customer service staff approached us to assist. Upon leaving notice 2 employees sitting on sofas talking with each other and another associate passed us rubbing her stomach and no interaction. No acknowledgment at all...ever. Very incompetent sales associates,Unprofessional and dare I say ignorant. I'll definitely pass the word along to not spend your money at an establishment that has no respect for you. Complaint about poor customer service…read more Last week, my husband and I visited the Ashley store in Cumming and were helped by a very kind sales associate. A few days later, I visited the Alpharetta store and received excellent service there as well. We were considering purchasing the Storrow sofa set and additional furniture. When my husband and I later returned to the Cumming store to make the purchase, the salesperson who assisted us was rude and unprofessional. When we mentioned an offer discussed at another location, he said things like, "Then you should have bought it there. Why did you come here?" His tone was unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome. We visited Ashley intending to make a significant purchase, but this interaction left us disappointed. We expect respectful and professional customer service regardless of which store location we visit. I would like this feedback to be shared with management so future customers have a better experience. I didn't find a house that weekend, but my realtor sent me a link to a home and said it had me 'written all over it.' The home was beautiful but what really sold it to me (sight unseen in person!) was that I could really see myself and my family in it. Come to find out, the house was staged by White Dog Home. There was a mix up with one of the rugs that was used in the staging, and when they came back to the house to pick it up after I moved in, I asked off-handedly if they would consider selling it to me. I bought the rug and in the next couple of weeks, spent time looking through the original photos of the house and trying to find similar items that they had used to stage it. Finally, I realized I could probably buy the actual items from where they came from and called White Dog Home. I love the style, and I loved the way White Dog Home staged the house I bought. It wasn't too fancy or stiff - it looked like an HGTV home, a dream home, a place where I'd want to live. I bought a house they staged sight unseen in person, bought a rug that they staged in my home, and I'm planning on working with them to decorate and style it now that I live here. It's a crazy, random, and fun story, but I wanted to tell it because it's a true testament to their work. I should also mention that I have only spoken with Malinda over the phone, but every interaction has been easy and accommodating, which, if you've ever moved, you know is so important when you're finding new people to work with. People who just understand how to treat people/their customers always win me over!

One of Alpharetta's older buildings, The Cotton House is located slightly off Main Street on Milton Avenue. The interior rambles from one room to another and around each corner is something new and interesting. This is a combination of antiques-dealer stalls and a consignment shop so the finds range from custom Christmas ornaments to refinished 1950's end tables, from handmade soaps to farmhouse dining tables and everything in between. In my last visit, my cousin found a vintage milk bottle set and a refinished (distressed) side table for a bedroom all for less than $100. This is a place where - when you find a piece you love - you'd better snap it up right away or it'll be gone the next time you circle around to it. This is not a place you pop into/out of - it's a place where you plan to spend a couple of hours browsing. There's just too much to see and if you rush through, you'll miss all the interesting little items. Look up, look behind and look above - there are decor items everywhere! Some are cute, some are kitschy and some are absolutely must-haves. There is parking available on the street in front of the store but it's limited and requires you to back out into traffic. I recommend parking in the (free) gravel lot just behind the store. Another good parking option is the deck at City Hall (only one and a half blocks away) - parking is free there, allowing you time to browse and then have a nice lunch at a downtown restaurant while you contemplate your purchases.

However some items are a bit WOW on the price side so be careful, you could fall in love with a $10,000 chair! The staff was not high pressure and they offer free in home consultation and design. Very nice place to get ideas, find those pieces you have been looking for and spend a mint!
