We were referred to Three Little Dogs flooring by our seller's realtor and I must say, we were very impressed by their service and prices. Our kids picked out paint colors for their rooms that were a bit extreme for accent walls. Leslie helped pick similar colors that worked so much better with the rest of the paint in the house. The carpet choice was amazing as well. She coordinated the carpet installers and painters in time for us to move in. When we took possession of the house we realized we also needed new carpet in a couple more rooms and a lot more painting done. She was able to add the extra rooms, both carpet and paint within the same timeframe. Prices were similar to the big box stores and she provided interior decorating advice that we never would have gotten from Home Depot or Lowes. We were new to the area so we were a bit lost in trying to find painters so her coordination was paramount. Both her carpet installers and painters did an amazing job. We were so happy with the end result and Three Little Dogs will be our interior company for any and all improvements we make in the future. Leslie was great to work with. I waited months for a quote!! I called many times, texted and even left messages on their social media account trying to get a quote. Nothing. They came out and seemed to be excited about the project. We got along. She was nice. The only red flag was when she told me that my stairs which were botched from install could not be fixed. They were gaping on both sides from being cut too short length wise upon install. I was inquiring about having them redone with three little dogs so that they would not gap. Before replacement of my current treads I had red oak treads. When We put down white oak floors we had the red oak treads ripped out and replaced with white oak. They didn't gap when they were red oak so why should they upon a new install. I take it as they don't have the craftsmanship for the job. Which is the most important factors in my opinion when I am considering a company for remodeling my house. Second important factor for me is that the company keeps their word and has great customer service. If you want to gamble I'd give them a try... if they'll ever call you back or give you a quote... read more

My wife and I used them for flooring in two of our homes. We could not be happier with their service. Leslie spent a great deal of time in helping us select just the right carpet and hardwoods. The installation was flawless and the project was completed within our needed timeframe since we wanted the flooring installed before moving in. Leslie even worked with the installers late into the evening to get the job completed as our moving truck was arriving at 8:30am the next morning. At the outset of my experience with Leslie, I let her know that the design project that I had in mind was of significant importance to me. She assured that she understood and she was confident in her ability to satisfy my vision. What started out to be a positive experience became one of frustration and disappointment. After meeting with her several times, I had made a decision to order quite a few items from her company. However, her inability to respond to simple requests, or, to follow up with promised info ("I'll get this to you today") seemed to indicate to me that I was not valued as a customer. When I responded to her requests, she would say "oh I didn't see that email" or simply ignore it altogether. I resorted to send her e-mails to simply call me and those were ignored as well. We were impressed at first with the level of help we received there. We had a very large project ahead of us with the entire downstairs flooring. We began with one room and contracted with Three Little Dogs Flooring to install carpet. After the carpet was installed, however, the followup promises that were made in relation to the remnant carpet and turning that into a usable throw rug were left unfulfilled. In addition, a promised followup visit by the owner to help us with deciding on the rest of the project never occurred. There was always "something else" they were having to do that they couldn't get out to us. We were also having trouble getting responses from them and finally just gave up. This may be considered a "good" place here in the south but where we are from this is just poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place and if you do go there, make sure all the promises are kept BEFORE you pay the bill. read more

We used 3 little dogs flooring and were very satisfied with the work they did at first. After she was paid, she was long gone. We have so far tried several times to reach out to her with little to no success. We have asked for a transition strip because our floors don't exactly match with the flooring Leslie recommended. She said no problem and asked that I drop off final payment at her office (of note: she was very, very patient with us getting the payment to her as we were late with that), and she said she would have the strip at her office waiting for me. I got to the office and gave payment, and then was told the strip was not there and that Marsal would drop it off, this was 2-3 weeks ago....needless to say I am still waiting for that strip. Today, I noticed some spots in the floor that the finish is chipped off, so I gave her a call and left a voice message early this afternoon, what a surprise... I still have not heard back. My husband and I are very disappointed as we do love the work she did. I just don't understand the lack of a response to us. We have several other rooms that need flooring and we planned on using this company, now its not looking as if we will. I will update this review and stars if and when I get a response from Leslie. I truly hope she comes thru as her work is as my husband says Stellar. read more

Leslie Eversole is one of the most unprofessional and most difficult people that we have ever worked with on any home project. She talked over you and forced her terrible suggestions on you and then became enraged and frustrated when we were telling her what we wanted! Who is the owner of the home? I think Ms. Eversole seemed to think she was paying our mortgage! We've used Three Little Dogs twice now for laminate, hardwood and carpet and could not be happier. Their wood installer, Ovi, is awesome!! He even created some custom pieces of molding at the bottom of our stairs that match the laminate we chose perfectly! When we had hardwoods installed in our office, we were concerned because they were sticky. They were happy to come back out and clean them for us and Ovi assured me that the stickiness would resolve on its own and it has.
