Unfortunately, everything went downhill at checkout... I was told my total for just the fill was $98.64 BEFORE tip. I was genuinely shocked. I've had this exact service done at multiple salons in Orlando for $50-$60! For the price I paid at Nails by Mercedes for just a fill, I could have gotten a fill along with a pedicure anywhere else. I immediately expressed my surprise to the gentleman at the checkout desk, but he seemed completely uninterested and unbothered. Had pricing been communicated upfront, I would have declined the service and gone elsewhere. The lack of transparency is what made my experience especially frustrating. While the work itself was fine, it simply was not worth the extreme markup they are charging. If you're considering coming here, be sure to ask for full pricing in advance, otherwise you may end up with an unexpectedly overpriced bill. I personally won't be returning.

When that happens and it is below the toe, it creates an ingrown toenail. Three weeks later and I'm still in pain in closed-toed shoes. This is extremely painful and continues until the nail grows back out. Then on the other big toe she rip the bed causing pain because she tore and, naturally, bled.
