It was frustrating to have to constantly check the work instead of being able to relax and enjoy the appointment. The final result was okay, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. I usually get some combination of eyebrow wax and pedicure and I'm happy with her work -- this why I follow her from location to location. I'm always able to get in, out and on my way. The establishment itself is conveniently located in the Colonial Landing shopping plaza near the Ross. Given that it is in a large lot, parking is readily available and I'm always able to find a close spot. The place has good lighting, and the equipment appears to be either new or in good condition. They are organized - when you have an appointment, you come in and use the kiosk to check yourself in using your phone number.

The pedicure was done completely out of order, my toes were painted first and then she did the soak and exfoliation afterward, which makes no sense. My friend was charged $58 for a basic pedicure that didn't even include paraffin, and they added $13 (to 45$ service) which was more than the price we agreed to. To top it off, less than 24 hours later my gel polish is already chipping, which should never happen with proper gel. Between the misleading pricing, sloppy service, and cheap products, this place feels more like a scam than a salon. We will definitely not be returning.
