I chose the $42 pedicure. I chose gel, which usually amounts to $10-$15 max as an add-on. When checking out, the lady explains there is a $1 fee for charges over $50 when using a card. She says the total is $57. She then asks if I want to add tip and I say $11 (20%). She pulls a pen and paper to write it down and writes 58+12, already adding two dollars not discussed. She says the total will be $70. Wrong again. How does a $42 pedicure turn into $70..... Will never return.

On my big toes, she cut a large chunk of the side of my nail only on one side, so they look lopsided and will probably grow out and hurt, and pretty much all the other nails are crooked. I would have had her fix them, but I only noticed after they were polished and she was in the back. I don't get pedicures often and consider it a treat to myself so I was very disappointed. Everything was extremely rushed, and they weren't busy, there wasn't even anyone waiting. When she was done, she said nothing and went in the back. eventually, came back out and completely ignored me. Someone else checked to see if my nails were dry and checked me out.
