I've been coming here for a while and usually walk in, so I've seen several different technicians, and everyone else has been great. During my last visit, I came in for a gel manicure. I already had gel polish on, and the technician at station 7, usually have long fake lashes on started drilling it off. I wasn't comfortable with that, but I let her continue until it started burning my nail bed. When I told her it was burning, she said, "It's okay," and kept going. After the third finger, I told her again that it hurt. She responded with an attitude, stopped, and switched to soaking the gel off. I asked why we couldn't have soaked it off from the beginning, and she told me she was in a hurry because she had another client after me. Ironically, the gel removal and manicure (WITHOUT polish) still took an entire hour! By the end, I was frustrated and just wanted to pay and leave. I was charged $30, even though the posted price for a manicure is $20. I didn't say anything at the time, but overall it was the worst experience I've had here. I will likely return because I've had good experiences with the other technicians, but I will definitely avoid booking with this particular nail tech in the future.

They continuously grind away at the natural nail until raw and painful nail bed before applying several coats of dip to replace the nail they just eradicated. Unskilled filing left cracks up the nails that came up very painfully. I say "they" because the appointment was always with Cecilia but the owner/husband would always grind and file before she grinned and filed some more. Nails were always overworked, sore and raw before first brush. And the man was always a bit too pushy and touchy for my taste. I was uncomfortable since day one; and asked him to stop touching my arm/shoulder. Im sure it's innocent but not professional. We have had to rest & take care of our nails at home because of how painful all the cracks and lack of nail bed have been. Never going back!

Had my powder manicure and spa pedicure with Ken!…read more He was great and friendly. Chose a great color that matched my skin tone. I've been trying to get this kind of pink for a long time but couldn't find it! He really did well in cleaning my nails. The whole place was pretty clean and well maintained too. They offered refreshments and was very helpful if needed. Ken made sure that I was happy with the service and not just like he wanted to get the job done. Preferred to set appointments though but we got lucky when we visited today. Will definitely go back soon!
