I went to Lee Nails Salon on 2/12/25, and arrived at 5:45pm. I called before hand to see how busy they were and was informed they were not busy but to my surprise there were three people getting serviced when and only two workers! I told them i wanted a pedicure, i sat for over and hour waiting to be serviced, the lady doing my nails ran my pedicure water at 6:40pm, and she still wasn't even done with the client she had when i walked in the establishment. Both service providers were doing people from 5:45 till when I left at 7. They still wanted me to wait, after already waiting for over an hour! They were not communicating to me, they were slow and they were also not apologetic! I would not come back and wouldn't recommend anyone else to go there either! My best friend suggested this location which is close to her home and she'd had good experiences here so we made plans to get there early before all the pedi/mani's begin. They opened at 11am today and we were the first in the door. Decided to go with the Deluxe deal which takes about an hour and selected the lavender option. It comes with a sugar scrub and lotions applied to the legs. I chose to bring my own nail polish. The young man trimmed my cuticles and nails, shaped them and soothed my footsies before grabbing a brillo like sponge to scrape the bottoms and then used a small brush to clean the nails. He then painted my toes the happy almost neon color I'd brought and my feet felt smoother than they've been in weeks. It was wonderful! The whole spa treatment was $30 of getting pampered and helping soothe my usually tired feet. read more

I only see Andy for my nails (because loyalty of course) but the ladies that do my pedicures (the soaking is much needed after a long week) are so sweet & really take care of my little piggies. I came to this salon yesterday and let them do my pedicure with gel polish and overlay on both big toes bc I broke my toe nail and it came to $52 I told the older women who did my feet that I did not like how it came out even after she insisted they were beautiful. I was in a hurry to pick my daughter up from an appointment so I couldn't have her fix them. I came back the next day to have them repaired and they had me sitting for an hour and acted nonchalant like it wasn't a big deal and didn't decide to actually acknowledge me until after my daughter and i decided to leave. DO NOT GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY! They have nail techs that don't know what they're doing and make your feet look like a child was practicing. I came here to get my acrylics removed and right as I got all my fingers in a glove covered in acetone (or whatever chemical is used), my husband texted I had locked my family out of the house. I was obviously stressed, and the whole staff had so much sympathy and got my acrylics removed as fast as possible so I could get out of there. The lady taking care of me was so kind, did a fantastic job SO quickly, and kept reassuring me she'd get me out quick (she didn't have to care about my personal problem but she did). 2 other staff, without neglecting their clients at all, came over to check on my nails and help me move things along faster whenever they had a spare moment. One of them had just overheard that I locked my family out and said she was sorry and wanted to help. I've never seen a nail salon care about the customer like these people did for me today. They didn't treat me like a burden, they had sympathy, went above and beyond to help me, worked fast, and did a great job. Visited some time in August 2018 for the first time & my experience included of a longggggg hour wait to get my nails done (probably because I was a walk-in and the place was super busy) but THANK GOD the end results were worth it. I forgot exactly who did my nails but she was quick and left me with even, perfectly coated acrylic nails. Got tons and tons of compliments especially on the natural looking thickness of the nails. Definitely walked out obsessed with my nails. The nails were really strong & lasted me a good 2 months before I decided to remove them. I'm not really the social type but I did see effort in the staff trying to converse with me. The lady who did my toes really took her time which I appreciated. The tools also looked very sanitary. Prices were surprisingly affordable. Will definitely visit again but WITH an appointment next time lol. read more

She's awesome! Everything else looks top notch here. Free wifi, really good grand opening specials $$, little to no wait times as they are always fully staffed. Close by to a ton of 5 star restaurants and shops, easy to knock out other task or grab a bite afterwards. I paid a total of $58 for a standard simple pedicure, and also had a full ombré acrylic set with a clear gel topcoat done on my nails by Andy, and the outcome was fantastic! This place is close to my house in Fairview Shores. If it weren't for that, I'd never go back. There is one girl who was pregnant (she had her baby), I can't remember her name, but, while she is really nice- all 5 or 6 times she's done my gel/shellac, it needed at least one extra coat, the top coat was clumpy or missing spots, and it chipped off with a day or 2. My favorite nail place is quite a drive, I only go here in a pinch. You can definitely get better service for the same price elsewhere. Oh and they don't use SNS, they use some off brand that needs to be cured with a gel topcoat? I say go somewhere else, especially if you're getting gel read more

I wanted a place that does nice acrylics, but I didn't want to pay an arm and a leg. This is that place! First, I walked in at 10 am on a Saturday and didn't have to wait. Though the salon did fill up more the longer I was there. I got a new full acrylic set with gel (soaked off the old), and got a regular pedicure with gel. The woman running the show was knowledgeable assessing my old set and we had no trouble conversing about what I needed. She was attentive and allowed me time to make up my mind and then change it again while looking at colors. The man who did my feet really went to town on my calluses - cheese grater-looking tool, and scrub brush among other things. I was also really impressed with the massage chair, which molds to your sides and massages more areas of the body than I'm used to. A different man did my acrylics, and though he didn't really talk at all, he did a great job. I asked him a few times to adjust the shape according to what I was looking for and he obliged. You don't know how well done your acrylics are until they withstand the test of time, but so far so good! read more

I typically go here to get SNS nails done. They have a pretty pretty decent selection of colors to choose from. I've gotten my nails done by three of the technicians here. Lina and the other woman (can't remember her name but they are the only two women that do dip) do an amazing job however they don't do ombré dip. I also had dip done by the gentleman in the first station to the left of the door and while it looked nice ive never had so many nails chip or split before. On the other hand the pedicures have been disappointing every single time because the polish is always uneven and chips quickly so I wouldn't recommend that. There is an older woman there that helps out with wrapping you to soak off your old nails and the last time she completely cut off my pinky nail. I have no idea why she did it since it was my real nail and when I said something one of the techs said something to her in their language she spoke back and forth with him but never actually said anything to me, not even an apology. The woman that did my actual dip was nice enough to add an extension to that nail so that it would match my other nail and did not charge me. read more
