I have been searching for a good local nail place and I have certainly found it!! Tony is amazing!!! I love my manicure and he was so helpful with information regarding gel versus dip versus acrylic! The space is clean and relaxing. Multiple women fell asleep whilst getting a pedicure and I was pretty close too... I was so relaxed! I got a premium pedi (regular polish, not gel) and acrylics with gel polis. I paid about $120 (including tip). Tony's attention to detail was amazing and he is such a lovely soul! The entire nail shop is huge and very nearly decorated. The pedicure chairs are brand new! Everything was fine until I got to the manicurist. She cut me really bad and it bled. She put a liquid to clean it and it burned terribly. When I had to pay, the manicurist that cut me said the total was $135. I was confused because the prices didn't add up so a male manager came over and I showed him the huge cut on my finger. He said I could come to his table and he would fix it. How do you fix the chunk of finger that is missing? I thought at the least, don't charge for the chrome, or some type of apology for the horribly painful experience, but no, the make manager said "if she doesn't want my help, she pay full price". Beautiful new large nail salon in the strip center shared with anytime fitness, Beef O'Brady's & Dollar Store With pedicure chairs on both sides of the space makes great for a pedicure party. I rate this based on their pedicures. I came here twice for a manicure and was not happy both times, i get the dipping powder. This location mixes the powder with the gel. The powder seems to disintegrate over the days. The good part is the manicure will last a couple weeks yet I don't like the look of a bubble like lift. I like them flatter. Its also expensive $40 for short nails and add $5 more for longer nails then add the tip. The owner politely disagreed with me on my request for how I wanted my nails to look. They do offer a lot of color selections if your okay with the style they will do your nails. Family owned business so they try to please and offer great customer service. They offer a lot of other services from eye lash extension to waxing, and candling. read more

One was a pedicure where she scrubbed my feet until I developed a sore because she was talking and another was yesterday. She stopped my seat from massaging-that's never been a problem for others, she cut and wounded my hands 5 times, and my hands and feet colors don't match-not as I desired. I was looking for a new go to nail salon. I wanted a simple manicure to start as a test. When I got there the technician tried to upsell and I said no. She said a regular manicure is not going to last long. I should have walked out then. It was the fastest and sloppiest manicure I have ever had. She was about to put top coat on left hand and I had to tell her that she had not put the second coat of polish on yet. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Literally 10 minute manicure and 10 minutes under the dryer. I didn't see that the instruments had been sterilized, but technician assured me 2 times when I asked that all were clean. I prefer seeing them come out of a sterile bag before my own eyes. She trimmed my cuticles with an instrument that she removed from a plastic top and then put the instrument back into a plastic top that did not look clean to my eye. I'll be looking elsewhere. read more

So I had been here maybe two other times but was not happy with the last pedicure. For one thing, the young tech guy was extremely chatty, asking me several personal questions like my age, whether I had kids, their ages, where I worked, etc. I was trying to give him the hint that I didn't want to talk by being on my phone, but it felt like an inquisition. He seemed angry that I didn't also want a manicure and was doing the hard sell. For a very basic pedicure they charged me $71 (and there was no polish to remove). I thought it was pricey. They don't have a clear menu with prices so it's kind of whatever they want to charge. Other nail places like Lina's offers drinks and sometimes snacks, this one just barely a small water bottle. Beware! If you want to relax and get a good mani pedi do not go to this nail facility. I basically paid $28 to have a color change with regular polish. I was in there for 11 minutes. There was no pedicure. She didn't do anything but remove my regular polish and repainted with a regular polish and laid hot towel on legs while she got the manicure bowls ready. I asked her if my pedicure was done and she said yes you just wanted the regular pedicure. I said I have never had a regular pedicure were they just change my polish and consider that a regular pedicure. She argued with me. I didn't go there to argue about a pedicure. She tried to upsell me gel polish and callous remover. So I guess by declining both of those it is basically just considered a regular pedicure to be a polish change. I don't understand how these nail salons argue constantly with their customers because they can never be wrong about anything.. it just sucks that this is a luxury that is basically on every corner but I guess I'm just going to have to go back and do it myself which is fine I will save money. I brother gifted a $100 gift card. When I went to use the card they charged me the difference after only total of $50. I didn't question this because I thought perhaps my brother was mistaken, so I asked him. He pulled out his receipt and showed me that he spent $100 on his credit card for the gift card. I called the nail salon and the manager was adamant that my brother had only spent $50. My brother then got involved, present his receipt of $100 spent and then he was told that I had come in and had services for $50 that is why only $50 was left on the gift card. Early the story now changes. This was not true as I work in a hospital and with Covid had not being patronizing public places, certainly not nail salons! Clearly the managers story changed so either two things they knowingly are scamming gift card holders assuming they do it know the balance on the card or someone in the Salon is not being honest and taking money. One thing is for sure, I don't steal or scam and I can certainly afford to pay for services. I wasn't a fan of their pedicures either, so not a huge loss for me- but beware!!! read more

She called me cheap in my face because she keep saying every length is 5 dollars more. The lady doing my nails had an attitude the entire time since I got there because I wanted basic nails and I didn't want anything crazy. She did my acrylic and it was crooked and I'm not a picky person but I've been getting my nails done for years and then the nails were clearly crooked after asking her to fix them very nicely she got even more nasty with me. When I tried to pay for the unfinished set that I was very unhappy with she try to overcharge me and I simply wasn't going for that. I gave her $40 and she tried to chase me out of the store with clippers grabbing at me. I would have been willing for her to take them off had she not assaulted me by grabbing me up without my permission. She recorded me leaving but I really don't care because I feel like I was not in the wrong in the situation considering I have unfinished nails and I'm out a bit of money simply because she couldn't make my nails right. read more
