Just got our my daughter's and my nails done, and let me just say that I've found my nail salon when I'm in 30A. Amy fixed the acrylics my daughter's friend had done, transforming them so flawlessly that they looked like a completely different set of hands. We'll be returning!

Tam was meticulous and takes pride in his work. He was careful trimming my cuticles with efficiency as well. It was relaxing! Only reason for not 5 stars was because polish on toes could have had a third coat which I could have asked for. And only polish for real nails is OPI, but they deal mostly in gel and acrylic nails. Will just bring my own polish next time. Will be back for sure. Ask for Tam if you are very particular. You won't be disappointed!

The staff while pleasant they did not sanitize the foot bath bowl between clients, they used communal foot sanders, and I didn't see but I would bet they don't sanitize their tools for cuticle care between clients either... This is how foot diseases are bread and transmitted! Will definitely not be going back. read more

I called the night before and they were able to get me in first thing in the morning. Lee did an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure! He spent an hour and a half on my natural nails. Many salons rush through my services, because it is not a gel or higher priced service but they were extremely thorough and did an excellent job! I will be back for sure!!! Super happy! read more

Best place for nails. period. We have been going here for years and it is always the BEST. Reservations needed, call ahead and know that this is a small business. At times they are not able to accommodate larger groups (3+) and the word is out so they are plenty busy, especially during "peak periods" (it's at the beach so this means weekends, spring break, summer etc.) But these are the best pedicures. They are patient and take plenty of time on each pedicure. Nails are beautiful, staff is professional, kind, and skilled. They have attended to foot issues that I and friends have presented with, to great result! Very relaxing space. I will be back every time I can! read more

Top notch You never know what you're gonna get when you visit a salon when you're traveling. Start to finish this place was fantastic. My gel spa pedi was relaxing and thorough. I dare say my best pedi ever. The dip mani was excellent. There is an enormous selection of products and colors. The check in and out were efficient, though their credit card services were down. They were taking Venmo or cash. Clients seemed to be mostly local and knew each other. Everyone very friendly. Tam handled both my services, and now I wish I didn't live several states away! Great space, great service. A but more expensive than I pay in Atlanta, $85 for a gel mani and regular pedi. Call ahead to make an appointment. I went right after opening on a rainy Sunday and the man at the front said because I wanted "both my hands and feet done" I had to come back later- which seemed odd to me because I wasn't asking for something special, so I made an appointment for later in the day. The girls who took care of me were great! I'll return- making an appointment first. read more

Absolutely hate this place if I could give it a half a star I would. My friend and I called ahead and asked if they had availability for five people and they said they did. They took three of us and then made my friend and I wait. While we were waiting they had a walk in group of six go in and they were immediately seated and the staff immediately went to go work on their nails, then they had a group of three come in and they immediately saw them as well. We waited for three hours before they finally said that they could work on our nails. While we were waiting the staff was glaring at us and ignoring our requests to be seen next. By the time they could it was too late. My friend and I even specified that we needed to have our nails done quickly and asked if they could do that and they said yes. read more

Amazing job by Jenny. Quiet & relaxing. Acrylic-nail fill was done well and Jenny was so gentle. Pedi was one of the best Ive ever had. Growler Bar next door with live band and can't hear a thing! This salon is top of the line! The environment is beautiful and there's no typical salon chemicals smell- which is rare to find. I just had my third mani-pedi here and have found the owners to be kind, caring, gracious, and very good at what they do. We are here visiting from out of town and my girlfriend and I needed manicures & pedicures. Though we walked in without appointments, they were very accommodating and asked us to come back within the half hour which we happily obliged as we sat and had a drink at the nearby oyster bar. The spa was super clean and the staff was very friendly. Lee and his wife, who own the salon, were so very nice did an amazing job with our gel mani and pedi. I'd say probably the best that I've had. I have been coming to this salon for a few months now. I went to get my nails redone yesterday for a special event. When they were finished they looked horrible. They dip nails were very cloudy and have already begun to crack. I have only had them for a day. When I went back to the salon to have them fixed, they said they were fine and weren't going to fix them. Sadly, we won't be going back to this salon. read more

I had the absolute best mani-pedi experience and I have to talk about it. First of all... their new color selection is so good!! I went with Champagne Toast on my toes and it's the perfect fresh, classy, feel-good shade. For my manicure, I wanted something soft and clean... but not quite as pink as Bubble Bath and not as white as Funny Bunny. Cam worked his magic and custom-mixed the perfect combo: first dip Bubble Bath, second dip Funny Bunny, and topped it with chrome. The result? Hands down my favorite set I've ever had. Subtle, glowy, and somehow both natural and luxe at the same time. And can we talk about their brand-new manicure stations and chairs?! So beautiful, so comfortable, and not to brag... but I was the very first client to sit in all that newness. read more

If I didn't live in Atlanta, I would have found my nail salon for life. I just had the best pedicure I have ever been given. I also asked to have an old set of pink and white nails removed, and Jenny did it beautifully with no discomfort and no damage to my nail bed. I had walked in and out of another salon because the fumes were horrible and was so pleased to find Crystal Nails....it is pretty, their clients appreciate them, and it was a lovely experience! read more

I have always loved Crystal Nails and their staff, because they are so friendly and conscientious. Best manicures and pedicures anywhere in the area and the foot/leg massage is superb! I feel very safe while in the salon, since their Covid 19 reopening. Their stringent mask and cleanliness protocols are the best I have seen anywhere since this whole viral mess began. I applaud their efforts to make it a safe environment for their customers and themselves. read more

We have nothing but good things to say about this place! Everyone was very nice and professional, great atmosphere, I called to make an appointment even though they happily take walk-ins and they got us in the next day with our party of 7 for manicures they even let us squeeze in some unplanned pedicures, the prices are very reasonable and everyone of us loved the results I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! read more

Lee is so Great, as are everyone else here. My wife has RA, and is very self conscious of her feet. He is so great with her, letting her know she's not alone. He was so gentle, and caring with her, asking if she was ok multiple time throughout her pedicure. That's just a couple of reasons why we come here. He made her visit enjoyable, and she's happy. I've been going to Crystal Nails for a couple years now and will not go anywhere else. Tam does my nails (dip powder with a chrome finish). He does an amazing job. They are smooth, look natural, nicely shaped and the best part is they are strong. They don't break or peel even after 3 weeks. I get compliments all the time from total strangers. read more

Such a great experience! The nail techs took their time and were so kind and patient. They took all covid precautions with masks, hand washing, and even spraying our shoes with alcohol. Everything is clean and peaceful. They got me & my 4 family members in with a reservation. My toenails look the best they've ever looked! read more
