Let me start off by saying never let anyone that's not a licensed professional podiatrist dig at the corners of your toenails up to your nail root. My entire toenail came off and there was no previous damage or in the past few weeks. I clearly remember the day he did that and I thought wow that's painful and why is he doing that...! We went here before my sister in laws wedding in December. There were 4 of us getting mani and pedis and felt safe with covid. All staff had masks and masks are required for patrons. They space out appointments so you aren't there for too long around other people. Great manicure/pedi also lasted 3 weeks! We all got gel manicures and regular pedicures. She gave me one of the best dip manicures I've ever had while they simultaneously did my pedicure so I was out of there in about an hour. Best pedicure I've ever had! I am visiting here and will go out of my way to come here every time I visit. Where do I begin! First, the staff is all related and are so nice. They asked our names and greeted all the customers who came in by name! I selected the basic pedicure ($35) and it took about an hour. Best pedicure massage, especially for the basic! ok so first off our appointment was at four and it was like twenty minutes later before they started our service, which tbh at that time wasn't a huge deal. it was kind of annoying how there was only one lady who did acrylics so my friend and i didn't even get to sit next to each other. every other person in there seemed to be a regular and we definitely got treated differently. the experience wasn't TOO horrible until it got to pricing. i was informed that the website had old prices listed. they made it very confusing on how the price changed depending on what you picked and they were always trying to get you to pick the most pricey options, which my friend fell for. THEN after our nails were done we went to pay and they cost more than even the "updated prices" the lady gave us. i then asked her to please honor the online prices but she was EXTREMELY rude and even after i pushed for a few minutes i ended up paying the extra. altogether, my friend and i were expecting to pay a little more than $75. unfortunately all said and done, it should have cost $105 but it was $125 with the "new" prices. she made it seem like i was trying to scam them by making up prices even tho i showed her that they were on HER website. OH, and after all this there were screaming children running around the salon, which was cute, but not professional, especially for the pricing. lastly, most of the credentials hanging on the wall were EXPIRED (some obsolete since 2021). the nail job itself i would give a 3/5, but accounting for all the other things, no thank you! wouldn't recommend!! read more
