We have been customers of Crystal Rock water for 20 years and since it was sold to primo water it has gone down hill dramatically. The customer service is now phone calls to India or some other country that english is not their native tongue. They are sorry but can't help at all. We have this company bring us water and coffee and now I call to find out they have NO COFFEE and no idea when they may have more!!! Absolutely incredible that the company does not have or even have a clue when they will be getting the product of which they have been selling for decades? I rent the coffee machine from them even.... I am flabbergasted by how this is happening. so I will be cancelling my service and just buying the goods myself . it'll save us money at least. This company is unorganized and their customer service is awful. Constantly getting orders wrong, leaving product I didn't order and even charged me for a delivery I never got after calling them to tell them about it. Delivered my order to the wrong address multiple times and I had to figure it out. Terrible company. I wouldn't use them ever again. Go to Tops or BJ's for your water. read more

I was shopping Crystal Rock for water delivery svc's. Upon my request for 3rd party independent testing analysis of their reverse osmosis filtrated water, there wasn't any. They do their own testing & that doesn't ensure consumer confidence in the least! 2ndly, their billing system doesn't allow for monthly payments by use of debit, credit card w/o having to keep it on file, nor by monthly check payment method. I don't about you, but I have had numerous consumer compromisings through well firewalled mega corps & we live in an era of hacks to our banking & Homeland Security Govt offices being hacked (solar winds software hack. cancelled my service in May. Had 8 bottles returned and not credited me. Did not pick up the cooler until may. It is still charging me for the cooler every month and THEY HAVE THE COOLER!!! Now the name is primo water and you cant get them on the phone enless you have a half hour or so to wait. Talked to customer every month with promises to take care of it and they will have a manager handle it BUT NO ONE EVER RETURNS THE CALL!!!!!!!! Do not use them !!!!!! read more

wish i had read the review first. I had been as customers for over 12 years. i had it in my office first then it comes tom home. OMG. be alert the hidden charges. Glad I used my capital one credit card that alert comes in immediately. I had a broke bottle exchanged. I called before and I was assured there won't be a charge. guess what? the next day they charged my credit for more than $21 for the replacement. after placed the call i only got $21.21 bottle and deliver refund and credit card fee service of $0.22 but I was charged on my credit card for $21.85. where is the other $0.41 went? not like $0.41 matters but the dishonesty bothered me enough to worry about it what else is going on with the company. I will look for a new water deliver service in our area. read more

It was easy to set up and order and then they sent and email showing when your delivery would happen. They called an hour before they arrived to make sure it was still a good time. They came in and installed it made sure it was working and showed me how to use it. Also said we could call anytime if there were any issues. The driver was very pleasant. No fault of theirs but I am not a fan of the taste of water so I called before the next delivery to cancel my service just not something we like. They were very helpful and understanding and only took a few minutes to cancel and they set it up to be picked up on the next delivery date. read more

We were VERY loyal customers for 10+ years. Decided to install a water purification system to make everyone's lives easier. Nobody wanted to drag the bottles in the garage, change the empties,etc. Just realized I was never credited for the 6 FULL bottles that were returned, in addition to a partial refund for the cooler. Called customer service only to be told the DO NOT give any refunds. What great customer service! Word to the wise, take your business elsewhere!! read more

I have been a good customer for years and since January, I can not get water delivered to my home. Excuse after excuse. I have since cancelled their delivery. Now it has been a few monts I have been trying to get them to pick up their water bottles. I have had 2 appts. and they never showed up. I spoke to a manager on the phone and he was rude and lied to me. Save yourselves time if you are thinking of them for delivery, go elsewhere. read more

I returned my water bottles on Feb 14 2022..still waiting for my deposit...called today and now they are saying the check was mailed March 30th..but not to expect it for 4 to 6 weeks...They want your money when they deliver your water but it takes months to get the deposit back..will never use them again and will never recommend them to anybody... read more

I am not connected in any way to Crystal rock and we have been customers for 20 plus years. I am disappointed with the inability to reach our local distributor regarding a problem we are experiencing and calling what appears to be their local number, in actuality forwards it to the main Office in CT. After 20 minutes on hold 15 minutes of it being about purchasing pencils and everything but the water for which I was calling. I told the representative what our problem was and the fact that we needed to have the item looked at as it broke and was non-functioning. Her response was that the equipment we had purchased from them is not eligible for repair or a "look-see" from one of their technicians as they don't stand behind the products they sell, that fact wasn't disclosed to us when we purchased it years ago. So the purpose of this review is to alert potential business customers to the fact that they offer no service or repair of equipment purchased from them. After owning my CPA Firm since December 1984 I can say that in my opinion I have never purchased equipment from a supplier whereby they refuse to service that product. This review is not meant to be punitive but rather the above is a description of what transpired. Up until this point in time we have been relatively happy with their service and all businesses who want to stay in business need to service their customers. It is unfortunate that many years of relationship are severed due to a lack of apparent customer care. Before writing this review and then checking it again to the review guidelines and it appears that nothing in it constitutes a violation of the rules, however, I do understand the fact that the Owners of Yelp have the final say. Hopefully they will see it clear to allow this post to remain due to it's immense importance and relevance when every small business owner is trying to watch the bottom line and counts on their suppliers to be their for them. T. Swift Update 1 hour later...I never looked at the Yelp reviews prior to the writing of my review. I have now read many of the, and I trust Yelp. I just didn't want any Yelp reviews to cloud my unbiased description of my experience but I see that there are many reviews consistent with mine. That I am not alone and don't appear to be singling them out with some isolated one-time experience. It may not be across the board but it seems that other businesses may be experiencing the situation I just experienced. It doesn't make me feel better that I am in good company but is saddens me that that a long-standing relationship and a product for which we count on has gone by the wayside.
