Lance installed our water treatment system while he was at his former company. I cannot stress…read moreenough how we would NEVER recommend Lance to anyone for water treatment solutions. We have had NOTHING but issues with our system for the past 4 years and Lance did nothing to remedy our situation - he only made it worse. Here is an abbreviated rundown - He convinced us to go with his more expensive units over a local company and promised us the world with his system...He forgot to re-install our check valve and we got pure salt water coming from our brine tank (he blamed it on our well until we physically showed him he failed to put it back on), he ruined our sink while installing the RO and his response was "well I'm not a plumber" (he did buy us a new sink), when we continued to have water issues, he blamed it on our well and recommended we hook up to a different well because he claimed he tested the water and "the water was better" but, it was much worse and our system that he installed was not meant to treat that water due to higher levels of salt and Mg. So, because of his recommendation that we use the other well, we spent another 1k to purchase and install new well pump and excavate new trench to house. Also turned out that the new well he told us to tie into did not have the volume to handle the water needs of the system he installed and then he told us to have a switch that combines the two wells. We've had 3 different consultants come out to try and figure out his mess since he turned out to be an absolute no show and provided no help or remedy at all. Every single consultant (including his former company) talked about what he did being wrong and were perplexed why he did it in the first place. So here we are, 4 years later and still throwing money into the mess he made to try and even get decent water consistently. We are considering legal action to get our money back at this point. These are just a few of the issues we have had. If you're on the fence, reply to this post and I will contact you directly to provide further details on just how bad of an experience this has been and continues to be, as well as how little Lance did to try and figure this out for us. I am not sure about the rest of Health Keys, but I would NEVER recommend Lance and would recommend literally ANY other water treatment company over one Lance is associated with.

They dug from back downspot to street, laid new piping, added stone by street and backfilled the dirt. Excellent. The cement side was a different issue. I dealt with Ed R. The cement work is subed. When the crew came to dig up the sidewalk I saw on ring camera that they did not remove one of the contracted pads (they were supposed to do 4 pads but only did 3). I contacted Ed R. while they were still at my house. Later that day the three pads were cemented in. That part of sidewalk was well done (even if not all pads were done). A month later a new crew came to dig up the fourth pad, they did mine and the neighbors. Horrible job. They stomped all over my new grass, The new pad near my other ones was too high so they leveled it down the last three inches but you can notice that it's not level, the pads by the grass are sloped down (maybe they didn't pour enough cement), not very smooth surface, and when they cleaned up they did it by my decorative curb (leaving stains on it). Communicaton with Ed R. was lacking.

However, 30 minutes later, they called back to cancel entirely. The reason? They claimed they "just realized" it was too cold and the ground might be frozen. As a professional plumbing company, the weather and ground conditions should have been factored into their schedule long before the actual arrival time. To cancel an urgent job after already being "en route" is unprofessional and left our facility in a difficult position. Very disappointed in their lack of reliability and foresight.

Edit: To respond to the reply from the business owner (because I'm will come with receipts), we called because it was 52 degrees and dropping in our house where we have animals. The furnace was running but not working. The guy came and told us to take up the carpet the seller placed over a vent that was causing our furnace to overheat and it started heating up immediately. And as for the state of our house, we did have numerous piles of boxes as we had just moved in a few days previous. Insinuating we're messy or something was extremely unprofessional and rude. Also I attached a picture of the time he offered us that was 4-6pm, he makes it sound like they came out at 8pm to fix it. I already messaged him privately telling him if he had come to me and told me he thought three stars was more fair I would have changed it but after that response he earned a one star. Edit 2: I did want to point out one last thing, even if we hadn't just moved in and we were just box hoarders or something it's a really awful mindset to have that we don't deserve y'all to come out and fix our heating when it's close to or in the negatives outside. I truly hope you can treat people with more kindness.
