It all started out fine, I asked questions, sent pictures and got responses. I was waiting on a final price for several days. I emailed and called many times. I finally got in touch by phone and provided payment by card. I received the part a week later. No receipt! No invoice! No paperwork at all. Upon installing the part, there was a piece missing. I sent an email with pictures and explanation. I received no correspondence back. I called on the phone and got no reply. I am not talking about a cheap part either. It was over $200. Since I do not live near this business, I could not even go there. I can't mail it back. I was stuck creating my own piece to replace the missing item. Are you kidding me!!

Once the proposal is accepted, they email a link with no other terms than 29% Carrier Card, and the customer is misled to look into the application for other terms, and this is false. The customer is finishing with a hard inquiry on his/her credit, lowering his/her credit score, and a Wellsfargo $xx,xxx new credit which definatly increases the DTI ratio. In other words, Potter HVAV is messing the credit of good people.... Be aware of it.
