I hired these…read moreguys even though estimate was over inflated due to having trouble finding plumbers to even show up. It was a simple job just install 2 new shut off valves and a new shower valve to existing copper plumbing (walls were opened to the studs) and have a laundry box and drain installed just a foot from the waste line so supply and drain plumbing already in place just needed to tap into it. Estimate $1,800 I paid 1/2 upfront balance due upon completion. They ripped out my existing copper plumbing (not expecting that) replaced it with a jig saw of pex lines and flimsy press fittings connected to what was left of my copper lines that run to other fixtures leaving remaining plumbing unsupported and flapping in the breeze (looks and feels like plumbing held together by tin foil and bubble gum) The job took less than 2 hours. When I saw their handywork poor fitting press fittings removal of my solid copper plumbing rather than soldering in the components as I thought they would do and the flimsy work. I contacted the owner and he refused to hear it. wouldn't even come out and look at my concerns and said pay up or I'm sending you to collections. I refused to pay until it was inspected which wasn't going to happen since inspectors now accept photos. I called the inspector he came out (plumber showed up in advance pounded on my door and barged in yelling without allowing me to answer the door very disrespectful( same idiot who did the work) he was trying to fix things before inspector arrived. I told him to leave wait for the inspector. When inspector arrived he complained to the inspector trying to defend his work etc... work didn't pass but only because of the unsupported plumbing the inspector let them off the hook. I won't let them touch another thing it will most definetley fail like all of the other reviewers experienced. After the inspector left the Idiot who did the work came back pounded on my door and stormed in yet again without allowing me to answer the door yelling at me to pay up. I told him to get the F out. I did pay the balance just want to put it behind me. These people have no business working on any ones plumbing. They are incompetent, rude, disrespectful and don't deserve anyones business.

Took Phil just over an hour to clear the clog. He gave me the option to have him stop or continue and snake and clean out all the issues in the sewer line. Phil expressed how bad the sewer condition was in as we didn't think it was ever cleaned in the 97 years our home has been here. Decided to have him continue cleaning the line and then flush it for one final step to remove all the residue. Excellent work and would highly recommend.

He proceeded to charge ~$2300 for leak repairs, excluding drywall, which included replacing ~1.5 ft PVC fittings and pretty minimal copper fixes (which he had to bring in another plumber to fix). When I asked for itemized receipt I was given one that didn't include all payments so he had to spend a half an hour making a new receipt fudging numbers to make up the full cost of what he charged me. Actual itemized receipt is incredibly vague and now home warranty company is refusing to pay because what he charged is simply unreasonable. I recommend going with a more experienced contractor. If I had the time I could have fixed what they did for less than $300.
