Never had a problem with Crystal Springs. We had delivery service for over 17 years in two residential locations. Polite drivers and always on time. Did my customer service online without issues. Just recently I decided to do it myself as I wanted to switch to Zephyrhills water and I can just pick it up at Publix. Also saving some money this way. read more

Now called Primo brands or Primo water, this is truly the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are dishonest and have failed to deliver water or refund deposits for almost a month. Each time they reschedule, they do not show up. Wait times to talk to customer service are over 30 minutes. Each conversation brought promises of immediate delivery while also revealing that the delivery they failed to make had been tagged as "skip" without any notification to us, the customers. After each promise of delivery, no delivery occurred. We gave them 7 opportunities to make it right, and still no delivery. They claim a "merger" has caused problems with their "systems," but it is evident they cannot and will not provide the water delivery for which we pay. I can't get them to pick up the empty bottles, so they will not refund my 180 in bottle deposit fees. Avoid this company and save yourself hours of frustration, wasted time, and loss of money. I tried to report them to the better business bureau, but there is no listing under any of their names- seems it is becoming a shell game or con.... read more

If you wish to products delivered, don't actually use this company. For the past month and a half, I have gotten notice that on the day of the delivery, the delivery date changed. Attempts to contact the company have been futile. Now just trying to get them to cancel the account (which is also incredibly frustrating) and trying to get the jugs returned to try to reclaim my deposit. I really hate leaving negative reviews. But at this point I think it would be a disservice to not warn my fellow NYers of this headache. They were great the first few months. After that it's been steadily downhill. 1. They notified me that they are changing my routine delivery day on me as a by the by without asking me if that day of the week would work for my business. Fine, whatever, we adjusted to have a work around. 2. They notify you randomly that they will miss your delivery date, yet don't replace it with another delivery. They just skip it all together. As of today, my bi-weekly delivery has been skipped 2 times in a row. Meaning no water for an entire month. I'm not not waiting to reach month 2. No official reason. Just your standard oops email I'm coming to expect from them. 3. I was on hold for over an hour today hoping to reach a live operator before giving up. Was quicker to walk to my local Home Depot and grab a 5 gallon bottle myself and bring it back. I know, cause I timed it. Save yourself the time it takes to look for another service. read more

I have to give 1 star in order to write this review, otherwise i would have given them negative stars WORST! WORST! WORST! I came across this at Costco and wanted to try it out since they claim that -I can cancel anytime without fee -No delivery fee -No down payment 1st issue: The sales guy at Costco who sold me the service said that the company will call me to notify the delivery date of the dispenser and the water bottles. Well they did not. Instead, they left all those outside my condo unit (in the hallway). For those who live in a condo, I'm sure they will understand what I mean. We are not allowed to leave any furnitures or items in the hallway. (hazardous) 2nd issue: (Day 1) - Nov 13 I have to assemble the dispenser myself (the Costco guy told me that the delivery guy will do it for me and will show me how it works, etc.) 3rd issue: Upon assembly, the hot water dispenser is not dispensing hot water. Both hot and cold water are making super LOUD noise when dispensing. 4th issue: (Day 4) When I called customer service regarding my 3rd issue, they immediately have someone come to replace the dispenser with a working one. 5th issue: (Day 9) The new dispenser had been setup by the delivery guy but the LOUD noise did not get fixed. Day 14 - Nov 30 I called customer service to terminate the service. They asked why I am cancelling so I provided them the details I mentioned above. So the person I spoke with wanted to go over the final bill with me. To cut the story short, I am being charged twice for "Energy Surcharge" (for when the delivery guy came to replace the non-functioning dispenser and for when they will pick up the dispenser because I have terminated my service) I am not even halfway through the 1st month (14 days now since I signed up) and yet they want to charge me rent for Nov and Dec because they will pick up the dispenser first week of December. That clearly does not make any sense at all. Nov 13 - initiated the service Nov 30 - terminated the service They claimed that I am still getting a final bill on Dec. 13th from which they explained that I have to pay Dec rent and Dec surcharge. So ridiculous! I don't really write reviews but this one I have to because this company is just ridiculous. I am hoping that this can be read by the company because I would like to give an advice - Please have the sales guy disclose all charges and cost and hidden fees. Ask questions about what will happen if a bottle or unit leaks inside of your house. This company will not fix or repair any issues caused by their products being faulty. Here's the bullets: 1-Signed up online picked Aug 13, 2024 delivery date. 2-Recv'd confirmation of delivery date. 3-Recv'd and email stating 50.00 credit and balance due would be 51.16 4-Aug 13, 2024 NO DELIVERY. Apparently the 50.00 credit was applied AFTER they deducted full bill. 10-Contacted customer service. 11-Must download app to remove auto pay. Cannot do via website or via contact ctr!?!?!?!? 12-Credits will not be refunded, so they get to hold on to MY 43.00. 13-Was read fine print, stated "web credit will be applied to balances due... etc etc" 14-No where was it stated "We will bill you for the full amount and then apply a credit to your account which we will hold onto and you can use the next time you order water from us. so congrats you are now our hostage." 15-Made 3 calls to cust svc. Each time asked to speak to supervisor. EACH TIME was subtlety. Great water but they are clueless on how to run a business. Delivery's always getting canceled or rescheduled for no reason, hurricane on it's way no chance you can order extra water. Usually the vendors that Costco allows in their stores are reputable and I have had no problems purchasing from them...until I was taken in by Crystal Springs. The reps in the store were friendly and good at selling, plus I wanted to cut down on my environmental waste with all the bottled water I drink, so I thought a water delivery service would be good and since it was at Costco, would be legit. Boy, was I wrong! I signed up on a Friday for first delivery and installation of the equipment on the following Tuesday. I received a confirmation email immediately on signing up and then an email on Monday confirming my delivery for Tuesday. When I signed up, I was told that I needed to be there to receive delivery and scheduled it for between 8am and NOON. The emails they sent also said you needed to be there and make sure there was a clear path to where the equipment was to be installed. No problem. I made sure everything was ready and waited...and waited...and waited. When it was after NOON and I hadn't received any communication from the company I called their customer service (or lack thereof number) and asked. They had no idea about anything and said "the drive just must be late" and they did tell me that "due to the restrictions" no one would be coming into the house to install the equipment. Well, that would have been nice to know up front so that I didn't have to wait around for a delivery that was just going to be dropped on my porch. What a waste of my time! Since I didn't need to be there for anyone coming into my house for the delivery, I left. When I came home later that evening, no water had been delivered. So, I sent them an email since their customer service number was closed. The next morning, I still hadn't heard from them, but when I logged into my account, no order was showing at all! So, I sent them another email (forwarding them the email I'd received confirming my delivery date.) The payment is still pending on my card and I STILL have not received any communication from them. Not a phone call. Not an email. And certainly not any water or equipment. You would think a company would make sure to go out of their way to take care of a first time customer with not only on time delivery, but extra communication. I'm guessing a I dodged a bullet with Crystal Springs and will look at it as a blessing in disguise. It's very disappointing that Costco would allow in such a shady business, because I expect those vendors to be better than that because of Costco's own great customer service. They brought me spring water which my husband is allergic to and keep moving my replacement delivery dates. Deceiving, hidden cost, and absolutely 0 communication When I signed up for this in Costco I thought they are affiliated, so I told myself what have I to lose? They claimed that all I pay is the bottle and a few dollars for renting the water machine, delivery is free. The sales guy in Costco guaranteed that's all I pay. Boy was I wrong, Costco totally fucked up by allowing this kind of scammy marketing in their own store. What ends up happening, is I got charged for 5 dollars of "energy surcharge" and 3 dollars of "invoice fee" per bottle. They also dropped a water bottle at our front door without us asking for it. 3 bottles of water ends up costing me 50+ bucks. I can get 2 times the water for half the cost if i actually bothered. What completely blew my mind on top of this, is when I call their customer service to ask for an explanation, they explain the energy surcharge as "fuel cost to deliver the bottle", and they refuse to refund me. Are you fucking kidding me? So I am not paying for the delivery but I am paying for the fuel to get you to delivery this piece of shit. WOW what a word trap you totally got me there. 3 years of service, last 3 months have been horrible. No water delivery yet still got charged. Paid since it as auto-pay but still no water delivery. Promised to resolve it, promised rescheduled deliveries and unfortunately no-shows. I was unfortunately forced to cancel the service as I had no choice. I could not continue to pay for something I wasn't getting -- and now a new battle begins. Nevermind not delivering water, but they're not even able to pick up the water machine ... So, as I mentioned on the call, If they don't pick up the machine by tomorrow as they stated (it was supposed to be picked up yesterday 12/3) then the next step is to send a certified letter -- after delivery, that if it is not picked up in 7 days, the machine is getting thrown away, and if they charge me then we'll just take it up with small claims court, period. They delivered 4 leaking water bottles and promised they would send someone to pick them up. Then when they didn't show up, I called and they said there were no delivery technicians in my area. Meanwhile, they told me I should empty the bottles myself, which is not possible. There is no sink and I have nothing with which to roll them outside. The leaks are slow enough that the bottles are still somewhat full so they are heavy. This is not the first time we have received leaking bottles. It's just poor business altogether. read more

I purchased one of their dispensers - instant about boiling hot water as well as chilled water. They are not expensive. I'm ordering about 9 2.5 glass gallons whenever. Realized ordering the dispenser was more economical. Works like a dream. I'm surprised folks are having so much trouble with the company. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Nothing but issues since day 1. The first delivery was wrong so they fixed it however the billing was incorrect. It took 5 calls for them to fix the bill. They were so apologetic that they even took money off. Great. The next water delivery bill was wrong again. I called several times again to fix the bill. Im still waiting for this to happen. Then I found a case of sugar on my doorstep and had no idea where it came from. Finally realized it was from them cause I saw they billed me $27!!! I never ordered sugar. Why would I order a case of sugar with my water?!?!? That was it for me I called to cancel the service. They picked up the cooler and bottles. The bill was never fixed and they decided to bill me for the sugar and never got my credit from the last bill or the bottles I returned. I am on hold as I type this because they have no answers for me and cant even speak to a supervisor. Im done! I had 2 deliveries and spent almost every day on the phone with them in the past 2 months. This has to be the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. They should not be in business. The day came and the delivery guy followed 0 percent of introduction given. Left my delivery outside my residence late at night which led to the water dispenser and gallons to be stolen. This was 3/15/24. I called and made numerous complaints. They said I was not going to get charge and here I am. Getting letter after letter from them charging me. I keep calling only for each representative to say they are going to escalate the issue and I will receive a call from a manager. Horrible service. Do not get their subscription its not even worth if they are offering for free. They overcharge you for bottle that they don't pick up. We cancelled the service and have made schedules to pick up the containers and 5 bottles for last two months and every time they mess it up. Its just so much pain.
