This company is HORRIBLE. Do not waste your money. Buy your water yourself. They will never deliver the amount you ask for, and try to deliver only a few bottles so they can charge ridiculous prices for extra deliveries that are there errors. They are impossible to get on the phone, expect to wait over an hour to speak with someone every time you try to all and expect your order to be wrong (short) every time you order so they can overbill you. I have had crystal springs at my office for about 15 years,, at my home for a good 5 years,, they are impossible I have been trying to get equipment and empty bottles picked up Since Feb 8, 2025... 3 months later I call 2x a week and never get anything but false promises.. if I could give negative stars I would. Their customer service is the absolute worst! I called yesterday because my aqua barista machine stopped working. I was told they will send a replacement today. When I called at 1:25pm today to check on the status I was informed they rescheduled the delivery until Monday. If I never called them I would have never known. I complained to customer service (not my first complaint about them) and asked for the corporate number I was told they couldn't give it to me. Absolutely terrible experience...driver dropped off cooler and bottles and took off. The driver was supposed to show to show us how to install the cooler. I called customer service to have the driver come back and i was assured it would happen and it didnt. The next day i called and was told the driver would come the next morning and it never happened. I called the customer service AGAIN and requested a to speak to a spvr and they cant find one. I finally decided to cancel the service and was told it would take over 2 weeks to pick up the cooler and bottles because a driver wont be in the area yet when i started the service it took less than 48hrs to drop off the cooler/bottles smh,, horrible company.. read more

Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Nothing but issues since day 1. The first delivery was wrong so they fixed it however the billing was incorrect. It took 5 calls for them to fix the bill. They were so apologetic that they even took money off. Great. The next water delivery bill was wrong again. I called several times again to fix the bill. Im still waiting for this to happen. Then I found a case of sugar on my doorstep and had no idea where it came from. Finally realized it was from them cause I saw they billed me $27!!! I never ordered sugar. Why would I order a case of sugar with my water?!?!? That was it for me I called to cancel the service. They picked up the cooler and bottles. The bill was never fixed and they decided to bill me for the sugar and never got my credit from the last bill or the bottles I returned. I am on hold as I type this because they have no answers for me and cant even speak to a supervisor. Im done! I had 2 deliveries and spent almost every day on the phone with them in the past 2 months. This has to be the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. They should not be in business. We have been a customer for over 15 years. Ever since they changed hands it is one problem after the other. This is very expensive water and we have happily paid for it, but no longer. They send an email on a Monday saying that days delivery is cancelled and I wont get water for another 2 weeks!!!! Why? because the driver called in sick. ONE driver called in sick so no water for 2 weeks. I suppose Mountain Valley Spring doesn't care about the reputation of their product nor do they care about their consumers. If i could make a negative review, i would. This comapny just had a job posting for a route driver opening at their warehouse in long island ny 2 days ago and I applied. I was told they wanted a phone interview with the recruiter and today i called every number i found and kept getting transferred to disconnected or not in service numbers. Even the hr line was a machine, where are all the people? The job wasnt listed on thier website either. I went back to indeed today to find one of the jobs had beed "removed". Doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out which one. They are a joke. Ive worked for some shady places, but if this is how potential employees get treated, i couldnt imagine how they treat current employees. This is the worst company I have ever hired for anything. The Lindenhurst NY location is the worst and you are on hold for over an hour every time you call for assistance. Some assistance for never helping their customers. I have been waiting a week for a replacement water unit. Thanks to Bill the regional manager in the Lindenhurst NY location we have received no replacement nor a call.... nothing. I would rate them in the negative if I could. Absolutely the worst. Automated delivery notifications come on a Sunday. If you attempt to cancel the delivery you are told that customer service is closed. And in spite of my efforts the delivery happens. Go elsewhere. They are hideous. I will be canceling with them shortly. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! I have a business. We have had their service for over 2 years and were OVERCHARGED for 1.5 years because of their screw up. They had our wrong business name, mailing address, and email address so I never got statements. I got phone calls for bills, so I paid them. Until I finally realized in December how ridiculous my bills were for WATER. I was being charged for 3 water coolers when I only had ONE, and 7 bottles of water when I only had 4 because they "estimated" that was what our usage would be. Not what we actually had on hand. I have been speaking to 5 different supervisors, 8 different phone calls of 2+hours, was supposed to get phone calls back since DECEMBER and never once got calls back. I kept being charged late fees, and for our coolers and bottles when we shouldn't have been. I finally cancelled them today and they only credited PART of my account so I threatened to tell everyone, so here I am. EXTREMELY disgusted at their customer service, but especially from the supervisors. (One went on lunch in middle of our conversation, claimed she called us back the next day, and never did!!!) ***DO NOT USE CRYSTAL!!!*** I highly recommend staying away. read more
