Their service is awful. We haven't had a delivery since April 20th. Customer service is helpless to do anything. They have "escalated" the problem to no avail. They said the branch manager would call me. Never heard from them. Said the route driver would call me. Never heard from them. They keep changing me for the dispenser rental while I don't have any water to put in it. Super frustrating. Do not recommend using this company. read more

I was a customer of Crystal Springs for over a year. I had an issue with the driver delivering 1 water bottle when we asked for 3 bottles per delivery. I tried to discuss this with the driver and he ignored me..... literally looked at me and kept walking. I called customer service to complain about the situation and request an additional delivery since they shorted me 2 bottles and was told that a site manager would call me back. I asked for the managers name that would be calling me and they told me Jennifer. Needless to say, I never heard from "Jennifer". So 3 days later, I called back and discovered there is no manager that is a manager named "Jennifer". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..... MAJOR RIPOFF!! read more

As a Brand new customer we tried to have a dispenser and water delivered. They never showed up and never contacted us. We called several times and were advised they were short staffed on deliver and would reset the delivery only not to show. After a month and 4 failed attempts, I tried to cancel. They would offer 2 free gal of water, the first time I accepted but when they didn't show I canceled. The $50 "hold" for deposit until delivery was cashed immediately and when I asked for refund we are still waiting for our 3-5 bus. day. Now day 6 we were advised to wait til Friday due to holiday. If they can not set up a new customer I can not imagine how bad the monthly delivery would be. read more

I am appalled at this company. I have never experienced such arrogant incompetence from a business. As a church, we believe in grace -- forgiving mistakes and giving people a second chance (and even a third chance and a fourth chance). We have given Crystal Springs many, many, many opportunities to correct its chaotic operations. Yet again and again and again and again and again and again and again the company ignores delivery dates, re-schedules deliveries four or five times, and then does not show up. Then the driver claims he was here but no one was in, even though our security camera footage proves that he was not here. The drivers ignore us and lie, and the company management takes no action and does not seem to care in the least. The office staff does not show the least interest in our constant complaints. They just tend to skip water delivery once every 2-3 month with no explanation. The driver would not deliver to my door and I would just leave bottles down hill for my wife to carry with two kids when I travel. I started leaving empties by the driveway and ordering at least 3-4 month worth of supply to make it easy for them and be able to at least get water delivered but still they would fail. I used this company in two locations, CT and now DE and both times service has been terrible. Stay away from them as far as you can. read more

The most unprofessional business out there. The one and only delivery we got, the guy sat in the truck for 20 minutes and then drove away, he came back next day and did the same thing. The only reason we ever got our first and only delivery is because my husband ran after the truck after he started to drive away again. Time for our second delivery, they no showed us, we call next day we're told theres no driver for us so we won't be getting another delivery. Fine, whatever, but trying to return the equipment, they won't come pick it up. My husband had to call and get the address of the distributor to drop it off because they refused to send anyone. Absolutely terrible company. 2 months of failed deliveries. Took 3 weeks after expected delivery to get my water. Once they decided to come I was given the incorrect number of bottles. Fast forward to this month no delivery for expected date. Regional manager Jason Kirk could care less about this company he is supposed to be running. He lies and gives you the run around, he acts like he cares but he truly does not. Time for you to look for a new job!! First month of failed delivery was due to their truck breaking down, this month no staff. A little communication goes a long way, maybe send out communication to the customers on the effected routes. I guess that would be too easy. GARBAGE COMPANY. Jason even shared his personal number with me to insure me I could reach outback with issues...as you can see from the picture he pretends to care about the customer will read your text and then ignore it. I wish I could give a 0, HORRIBLE HORRILE HORRIBLE. took over from Eastern Springs who was bad this has gone from bad to worse, been waiting for a water delivery since April 26th didn't show but said they delivered 16 bottles and invoiced me. I got that credited was told they would be out the 27th, then the 28th then May 1 then may 2 then may 3 now may 4th close in an hour no water. been on the phone a total of 4 hours, no returned called from branch manger or any supervisor gave my personal cell number still no call or delivery. was told they are short handed but they delivered to all of our divisions 1/4 mile from us, then told driver didn't show because of bad weather....really rain what a lame excuse we were working and so was all the delivery services that showed up that day. I would never recommended this company, if you are looking for a water delivery look right past Crystal Springs and dont look back. read more

I canceled Deer Park because I thought they were bad. Crystal Springs is much much worse, You can never reach their customer service people. I have been on the phone over 15 minutes trying to reach someone and when they answered I was told "we don't consider a 17 minute hold time to be too long"! I was repeatedly overcharged on deliveries and they would never correct it. I had left voice mails that were never returned and several emails that were never answered. read more

Customer service doesn't exist for this company, it was so bad that I asked one girl that finally answered why she works for such a terrible company, this was after she admitted she's taken so many calls about people not getting their deliveries. Made several calls during December with promises given we would get our delivery, broken promises went into January! Went from September to January before we actually got a delivery.....kept getting told there is an issue with drivers on this route, ok, so let your customers know on this route they won't get serviced so we can look for someone else. It got so bad that I did a search online for the location that services my area (customer service rep couldn't find anything, right, and they have no address or phone numbers to call the local distributer only emails and refused to give out) and personally visited the location that "delivers in my area".....this is for a business, we don't use a bottle a week, we use a whole lot more! Can't service me? No problem, once the drop we FINALLY received today is gone, we will be closing the account and going elsewhere......by the way, one star isn't even good enough! read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are the biggest scam since Miss Cleo. They charged me 80$ for only a few bottles of water this month. I called last for explanation of my ever increasing bill and the irate woman on the phone attacked me for questioning and not understanding the incomprehensible " explanation of charges". Numerous energy fees , fees of all sorts. They even charge to provide you statements of your bills. Don't trust this company. It's costly and you'd save yourself the trouble filling up at Whole Foods, Home Depot or opting for another service altogether as surely there are legit companies than this train wreck of a business. read more

I missed my delivery date . I called the day of delivery to see if I missed the driver .. asked rep to lookup rout driver .. he said he didn't have a realtime locater on driver location. So driver doesn't have to be rescheduled . .. asked if the driver already stopped at my house . He couldn't tell me where he was ... I had to Waite 15 minutes to have a representative to answe phone!!! At the end of conversation .. he said he would message driver to call me back .. and reschedule for Monday pickup ..this. Call was Thursday .. said Monday will be pickup day..! If rep had same time rout locater .. since this is 90% logistics company . They have not updated their dispatch technology .. will lose money gas time and bad customer service.. ps I've been a customer for 15 years .. not happy no customer appreciation!!!!
