Instead, more than a month passed with no meaningful action or updates from the company. I repeatedly had to follow up myself to find out what was happening. The most concerning part of my experience was a phone call with someone who identified themselves as the Operations Manager. When I politely asked for their name, I received the response, "I am the Operations Manager, and that's all you get." I found this to be unprofessional and discourteous, especially for someone in a management position. Customer service should include respectful communication, accountability, and keeping customers informed. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. After payment was made, there appeared to be little urgency to resolve the issue or provide updates. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mr. Appliance. Reported that our stove was infested with roaches so they could charge for a maintenance fee. Electrolux called us because the charge was so expensive and they didn't understand why. Since Electrolux didn't pay them they told us we would have to get a certificate from a certified exterminator. Look at the pictures the tech sent in verses the picture of our real stove.
