The menu is actually fairly extensive for a stand like like this. 20-25 different crepes in all, half sweet and half savory gluten-free galettes(though I believe you can also have these on a flour-based crepe as well). The menu also has beverages, like coffee, fresh juice, and more. The staff are extremely friendly and will happily help you find the perfect crepe to suit your mood. The preparation can also be quite dramatic and fun to watch, which seemed to be a big hit with kids. I wound up with the Africanism, which consisted of your choice of chocolate(white, milk, or dark) combined with coconut and rhum. The crisp edges were perfectly matched with the rich white chocolate. The crunch of the coconut and the slight hint of rhum really added a lot of depth to the flavor of the crepe.
