EVERYONE, BE AWARE! THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM…read more Jose is a deceptive person, he is the worst both as a business and a person I have ever encountered in my life. Last month they came to my house to fix my dripping tub faucet (slowly dripping so I let it be for about 2 months), they could not fix it but even made it way worse, became way stronger, and faster leaking. Jose who I talked to at first is the boss/owner (according to Mario, one of the 2 guys he sent) came to my house and told me they had to install a new set. I had no choice but to accept that with a new charge. After they were done, I checked and discovered that when I turned on the valve handle water was coming out at both ends (tub faucet and shower head, not just leaking at the shower head but like a regular stream when you need to use it). The guys video-called with Jose, and after a while, they handed me the phone to talk to him. Jose started tricking and lying to me, he said it is how they are supposed to be working. I said no, when we use the tub faucet, water must not come out at the shower head, this is how my previous set works and how it works in any houses' bathtub. He then blamed the manufacturer, said, that is how they are made by the manufacturer. I laughed and said no again. Then he threatened me saying that if I don't accept it, they will have to put back my previous set and charge more for that. I could not let them do that because they made it way worse, so I would not leave water on with my old tub faucet. Even these 2 guys, when I asked them is this how your bathtub faucet works, they could not say anything, just be silent and nodded. They knew this was wrong. I had to stop them and tell them to leave, otherwise I would call the police. I am ok with people making mistakes because no one is perfect, but you have to take responsibility for your mistakes and fix it. This guy, Jose, did not admit their faulty installation and never offer a solution to fix it. He was only texting and calling me to ask for more money. I don't want to be a bad person so I zelled him the cost of the parts. A few days later, I had to waste more time and money to fix their defective installation by another contractor. Roman with Premier Painting DFW is exceptional…read more He recently installed this accent wall for us, and the end result exceeded our expectations. The quality is outstanding, but what really stood out was the pride he takes in his work. He noticed and corrected details I never would have seen, even when leaving them alone would have saved him time. That level of care is rare. He showed up when he said he would, charged a fair price, and treated the project like it was his own home. He even came back for follow-up touch-ups and never once tried to rush through them. In fact, there were several times I was completely satisfied and ready to call it done, but Roman stayed longer and made it even better. He consistently held himself to a higher standard than I did. That's what impressed me most. I never felt like I had to inspect or manage the project. I could simply explain what I wanted and trust Roman to execute it with the skill and craftsmanship to make it beautiful. Honestly, this was one of the best experiences I've had with any contractor or tradesman in the DFW area. I'm extremely glad we found him and will absolutely be using him again. Five stars without hesitation.

Then, when I went back and asked for a new estimate - they literally just shot a number back. When I asked for a breakdown, they ignored me. Poor communication, and intentionally overcharging.

From what I understood, I needed to get a specific type of paint and asking for that in my proposal, and also what I wanted to be able to do after having it painted. About 15 min after submitting my proposal, I got a call from Jennifer, letting me know to please even if I had not gone with them to let anyone quote me for that and to indicate a different paint type. Well, like any females, we got to just chatting for 30 min. Guy and Jennifer then came over and walked the house and of course I got on how frustrating the builder has been and what they hadn't done and also what my amazing puppy has also destroyed. Not only were they able to propose just painting, they were also able to price out helping me with some one off additions. After getting a couple of other proposals, comparing them and deciding we moved forward with Guy and Jennifer. Throughout the entire process, they were transparent and communicative. The team was efficient and very nice. Everyday they came in, and at the end of the day they would organize and put things together in a corner for the next day. They respected that I was working from home, and that was in and out of meetings. They allowed me to work in my office until it was the last day and they needed to get the office completed. Guy and his wife Jennifer are good communicators, they're thorough in their work, and they even tackled some projects for us that popped up along the way - like installing a metal door frame, mud work along an area of our wall that had rotted out, and adding trim around a few doors. Guy and Jennifer have an easy going personality and we enjoyed their company and felt comfortable with them at our home. We'll be hiring Guy again for future jobs around the house! -- adding a few photos. These walls were pink, maroon, and mustard yellow before we had them painted grey and white.

Guess they don't need your business so I suggest you call someone else like we did. We made multiple calls to Jason and the office. Not one person had the professional courtesy to return our calls. This job was going through the insurance company so maybe they did not want to deal with that but we will never know since they are too big and important to return one simple phone call. Also, they knew from the get-go that this was going through insurance so who knows what their problem was. Find yourself another company because if this is their work ethic imagine what the finished product would be like!!!

We met with 5 different groups for estimates and ended up selecting Crest for a handful of reasons. Their pricing was very reasonable, they were extremely professional and responsive, and they promised to get the job done in less than a week (every other group said 2 or more weeks to complete the job). I sort of didn't believe they'd be able to deliver in the timeline and still do a great job, but they did. My husband and I were SO impressed with this group. Todd, Lance, Oscar and team were absolutely a pleasure to work with. When any issues came up they communicated quickly and took care of it right away. We initially had some trouble matching our paint colors and Todd called me after hours and promised he'd be at the store at opening the following day and that he'd personally make sure the colors were perfect. Sure enough, they were. That type of customer service exceedingly rare !! The paint job turned out great and they have been proactive about offering any needed touch ups. We would use them again and again, and plan to refer them to many friends.
