Great products, and better customer service, what else can you ask for? Bought a 2022 SG 250 in December, and enjoyed it thoroughly for the first few months. Came time for my first service, that I planned on performing myself. Rookie mistake, overtightened the oil drain plug, and stripped it. Installed an oversized plug that seemed to work, but noticed oil seeping the next day. Tightened just a little more and heard a crack. Uh oh. Cracked the housing, which is essentially the engine block. Filed a claim with my insurance and called CSC. Joey and Matt at CSC were extremely helpful in working with my insurance company, and ultimately with replacing my engine. They communicated often with me throughout the time my bike was in their shop, and got my bike back to me fairly quickly. Picked up my bike today and am very pleased with their exceptional customer service and their workmanship. Thank you Joey, Matt, and the whole CSC team. read more

This is how you lose customers as a small business. I walked in with a new tire and my wheel and the expectation that I would be charged $25 to have this new tire put on. This was my 4th time here in the last year and a half. I have used their tire change service on all my previous visits, and have never had a problem. Prior to my 1st visit, I called ahead to see their price. Off the bike, $25. They have a sign indicating this as well. Yesterday I was charged $35. I was told this was because I did not purchase the tire through them. I get it, other shops have said the same, but why has that never been an issue before? And why isn't that indicated anywhere? The kicker was when I was told that was an "old antique" sign anyway that's not really used. I chose to pay because it's only $10, and though I was not in need of the wheel right away, driving back a couple days later just didn't seem worth it. As I waited, I saw a matte black Shoei that I've been eyeballing for a while now. It was on sale for ($320ish) and in my size. I wanted to buy it on the spot but had a bad taste in my mouth from being squeezed for $10. I wrote my original review and photo of this shop last year I think after my 2nd visit. I guess this is my last visit, there's just no excusing that behavior. I used to work at a bicycle shop, and prices were posted as clear as this sign. I bought an SG 250 in 2021 and initially was fairly satisfied with it. However, I'm only at 4,100 miles and have had more problems with this bike than any bike I've owned previously. I definitely regret buying this. It would've been worth it to spend the extra money on something more reliable with a trusted brand. Yes, CSC is cheap. There is a reason for that. They use cheap parts that are not reliable and will present you with problem after problem. That's what you are paying for. Most recently it started accelerating on its own, without my hand on the throttle, mid ride, on a busy multi-lane city street. When I pull the clutch in, the engine just revs higher and higher until I have to hit the kill switch. Likely an issues with the throttle cable or carb, but not something that should happen to any bike that is well maintained, let alone one that has only 4,100 miles. I also had my clutch cable break mid ride on a busy city street around mile 3,800. I've owned multiple bikes and put on 30,000+ miles on a few of them and never have had a clutch cable break on me. Lastly, I had to replace a spark plug around mile 2,000(not a huge deal). These things come with a 1 yr warranty, I think, because that's about how long they will last before they start falling apart in your hands. I may try to fix this most recent issue with the accelerator and sell it on Craigslist or Cycle Trader, but I feel bad handing off this mess to someone else. Never buying from CSC again. You get what you pay for. There is a reason it costs under $3,000. read more

I might've bought some gloves there but I didn't even buy anything there! I was coming to try to get a part for my scooter. He took a look at my scooter and that's how he greeted me! TJ is a really cool dude and has a warm welcoming approach which made my decision to buy from them very easy. Best part is their location it's near both 605 and 210 Fwys and on the way to the road up to crystal lake cafe. They also do csc motorcycle repair in the dealership with Matt. Went yo check the bikes and employees seemed annoyed for whatever reason. Bikes look super cheap. I mean I know they are from china. I spent well over a year checking videos until I actually went to the store. Only 2 customers, 4 employees and no one seemed to notice me. :). What turned me down from actually buying one was the quality of the welding on the frames. Also the seats. They look like those seats at restaurants. The rx4 seems to have a much better quality frame but same lame seat. read more

I bought this bike, an SG 250 as my son's first bike. BRAND NEW under $3K out the door; unheard of. From TK in sales (very nice over the phone and in person) to Matt who delivered the bike FOR FREE, my experience was perfect. Fastest sale of a motor vehicle ever. Took less than an hour from walking in the door, take a test ride, fill out all paperwork, to walking out the door. I could not be more pleased with these guys. When Matt delivered the bike, 1 day after purchase, he spent time going over every aspect of the bike with me, and made sure I was fully satisfied before heading home. You could not ask for more. To those critical people who nitpick every aspect of this bike, you really need to get a reality check. LESS than $3K for a brand new bike OUT THE DOOR, huge bargain, no matter where it's made. Recommended by a friend, we took our 97 FLHT in to Cycle Lounge for some work, not knowing it needed some major work. It ended up needing an entire engine rebuild, with parts that couldn't be found locally. We had a special trip planned and wanted to take the bike. Wade, the owner, went above and beyond to get our bike ready for that trip. He got it done in enough time for us to get the 500 break-in miles on and an oil change before we left. He takes pride in his work, is efficient, precise, and stands behind his work. He called us in to look and explain the repairs the bike needed, made recommendations as to what was best to do, and what he would do if it was his bike. He is an awesome guy. We have taken our bike to a few other places in the past and it was never fixed to our satisfaction. We always had an oil leak with the other places.
