My son and I made a quick pit stop to get the oil change necessities, filter and synthetic oil. The store has a book off to the side that allows you to search the parts for your specific vehicle. Or you can ask the staff on hand for help. The store has deals right at the entrance, save on your car needs. You can also recycle your oil and filters. Staff didn't help me find anything this time around but they were helpful in ringing up the purchases. Plenty of parking and it's just down the street from some yummy restaurants. My headlight went out, and they got me the best available replacement, plus figured out how the installation process worked on my very difficult-to-access Ford C-Max. There is a competitor auto parts store nearby, but I will forever be going back to this AutoZone because they really saved me when I was stuck in the dark after my regular mechanic was closed and I had a long drive to go still. Just wanted to shout out Daniel. He took the initiative to help me. Daniel was genuine patient and thorough. He helped me figure out what the issue was with my battery that I purchased which there wasn't any I just didn't properly install it. I stopped coming into the store after a horrible experience 2 1/2 years ago but after my mechanic brought me in to get an ignition coil and back for other items I am so happy to be back! It's sprinkling outside I want to go buy some windshield wipers and I asked the guy at the register if they would install it and he said no because it's raining outside. Now if I would have gone to O'Reilly's they would have put it on with no hesitation. But I thought because this was closer to my house I would go here. Next time I'm going to dependable O'Reilly's! I'm a 62 year old female I had my son try to put it on but it's so difficult he's never done it before and it's a very complicated wiper not like in the olden days whether or easier. One of my students called me about being late for a meeting because her battery had died. She also noted it was a new battery purchased at the Azusa Autozone. Once we got the car jump started, we returned to Autozone to find out what happened. They tested the battery and found it checked out, but John the sales man said it was their lowest-end battery. We decided to upgrade the battery having received full credit for the original purchase. It turned out installing the battery was easier said than done. The clamps didn't fit properly, so John took the time to install metal caps on the terminal as the clamps were loose. After one terminal seemed hopeless, John realized the clamp was a replacement which was why it fit loosely. He changed the clamp and everything worked perfectly. John spent a good deal of time making sure we were happy customers. Autozone loses one star for selling my student a mediocre battery, but gains a star because of the great work John did for us. And he kept turning down our offers to tip him, saying it was part of his job. read more

I had a great experience at this AutoZone! Gary was SUPER helpful! I went in to get new windshield wipers and I didn't know they help install them. So after Gary helped me choose which ones to get for my car he rang me up and I walked out thinking "how hard could this be" well after a bit of struggling he came out to help me in the rain to change them! My car has a weird clip thing and he was out in the rain trying to get it to work for at least 10-15 minutes then he went in and got a better pair that actually fit! Great customer service! Update as of 11/3/18. Gary, the store manager reached out to us. He addressed the issue and gave us our product with a refund included. Thank you for stepping up to the plate, this means alot! This is in reference to the experience my husband received last night (11/1/17 @ 6pm) My husband was there for a pick up, it should have been an in and out stop but instead it was the worst customer service experience ever. He wanted for 20 minutes with out an acknowledgment. Antonio proceeded to help someone else who was not in line. Finally my husband gets to the counter already annoyed gave the receipt to Antonio. Antonio never apologized for the long wait. Instead he goes to the back with the manager, Jeffrey. My husband gets a feeling they are both talking about my husband being irritated. Finally, they claimed the item is lost. My husband is livid at this point. He asks about protocol on servicing customers. Instead, Jeffrey points out my husband's attitude. Antonio confirms to Jeffrey, "I'm going to start filming him on my phone." Jeffrey's response, "good!" My husband leaves vowing never to shop there again. Never did they apologize or explained to the customer what the issue was. This is NOT how you treat a long time customer. To be clear, this complaint is about Antonio and Jeffrey. The ladies that work there have alot more respect for their job than those 2 clowns. The ladies provide excellent service. Nevertheless, I have reached out to corporate and all sources I can find. As a manager, Jeffrey's actions along with Antonio is unacceptable. I will make sure corporate/regional manager knows about this!!! read more

I went in here because I am a weird car person who knows nothing but likes to fix up and change stuff. I tried buying headlights and kits for my RAV4 but it proves to not be a task for Amazon. I went into this Auto Zone today to purchase new windshield wipers. I've had some negative experiences at other Auto Zones, so let's just say I wanted to make this visit snappy. I was greeted by this really tall guy Antonio C. He had a smile on his face and did not seem annoyed at all when I asked for help finding the correct size wipers. After I purchased the wipers, he asked if I needed help taking the old ones off and replacing them with the new ones. I was so grateful he asked me that because I really hadn't thought that far ahead. I have no idea how to change windshield wipers. Thank you so much Antonio C. for your outstanding customer service.
