Do you change tires? How much for each tire if I bring my own? Also do I need an appointment?

My shop was closed last year currently working on new location. Sorry

The sales people were not pushy and allowed us to browse the motorcycles. Unfortunately, we did not see the bike that was listed on their website and went straight to the parts shop. The guy helping us at the helmet section (I forget his name but it could be Xavier?) was easy going and let me browse the selection without breathing down my neck and was able to answer my questions when asked. So, where did it go wrong? When his coworker (some young, white kid) decided to jump in to help and then talked back to my partner regarding a display item vs open box item, which was uncalled for and completely rude as hell. We still ended up purchasing a helmet since I really needed one for some plans later in the day. I made sure I spoke to Xavier (I'm sorry if I got your name wrong but I'm pretty sure that's the name that came up when I was paying at the front) about the item I wanted in case he gets some sort of credit for helping out. And kid, there IS a difference between a display item and an open box item. I'm not sure how my partner's question triggered him to answer with such attitude lol. Like it isn't stressful enough to decide which helmet to purchase??

I'm not sure why my review was removed, but I felt like I needed to repost it for the good of the…read morerest of this guy's customers. This guy is not an honest person at all. I had a terrible experience with him where he charged me nearly $4000 to fix a ninja 250 including 1650 for an carb cleaning alone. I would have taken it to another shop but once he got a hold of my Bike, he told me that the diagnosis alone was going to cost me $600 if I did not want to get the work done by him. I lost that bike when my engine nearly blew up. Someone had tampered with the oil. It ended up ruled as vandalism and there was an investigation. When the mechanic opened it, he saw that there was sealant all over the engine. Even if it hadn't been vandalized, he said it wouldn't have lasted more than a few months anyway and it could have killed me. I went ahead and told this to this Anthony and sent pictures. he completely denied it. He said that it must've been me lol even though I just bought the bike and did not even know how to ride it yet. It was my first motorcycle and he completely took advantage of me because I had stated that I would do anything just to get it running. He took that to heart and he charged me double or even more the worth of the Bike. This is the one of the worst mechanics I've ever gone to. Since that experience, I have had multiple motorcycles and I've had to take them to the shop multiple times and I have never once had an experience like this one. This man is one of the worst mechanics I've ever met. On top of that he does not keep regular business hours so you can never get a hold of him. He's extremely shady and he works completely alone so he has nobody there to oversee his work or make sure he's not totally ripping people off. I highly suggest you take your bike somewhere else because this man is not a good mechanic at all. I'm going to post my review up with my receipt just to show that I am indeed and customer of this man and to show exactly what he charged me and for what. I have included my receipt to verify that I am in, indeed, a customer of his, and if the review is once again taken down I'll be happy to put it right back up. He's also extremely confrontational and cannot stand when someone gives him an honest criticism. Not trustworthy and also aggressive is not a good combination. I ended up just cutting ties and telling him it must've been something else just because I was so worried of what he might do. He is unstable and narcissistic. (See below for aforementioned aggression)

Last item on the list was an oil change and I opted to have M Racing do that. David did the oil change, took it out for a test drive and was very helpful with suggestions. He spotted a plastic cap on the cooling reservoir tank that needed replacement and we ordered the inexpensive part. I had an issue with the throttle on my bike. It would work fine going through the gears but cruising, there was a slight pause before response in accelerating. For some reason the oil change resolved the issue. The throttle became more sensitive so slight speed changes. It was probably the engine working better with the synthetic oil. Shifting improved immensely, became much smoother and the Triumph feels like is has an automatic transmission. My bike felt like a new bike when driving home with the short term maintenance done. Happy camper. Thanks David. I appreciate your help and workmanship. M Racing - recommended.
