    itle: Unprofessional, Deceitful, and Mocking Customer Service - Losing a 15-Year Loyal Customer…read more​I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for over 15 years, and I have always loved shopping here. However, after the toxic, unprofessional customer service I experienced two days ago regarding my delivery, I am ready to completely cancel my membership and take my business elsewhere. ​I called to request assistance with an upcoming delivery, and instead of help, I was subjected to a coordinated game of customer harassment. The initial representative was incredibly aggressive, refusing a simple callback and forcing me to wait on hold. When a man finally picked up claiming to be from "delivery," it became obvious he and the first agent were wrking together to waste my time. I was repeatedly put on hold for 5-minute increments for no reason. While waiting on the line, I actually caught them laughing together at my expense. It was deeply disrespectful and humiliating. ​To make matters worse, they flat-out lied to me. They claimed Best Buy only offers a 12-hour delivery window (7 AM to 7 PM), which is false. They then mocked me with a ridiculous "solution," claiming they would deliver my item on Monday but wouldn't haul away the old one or install the new one until Tuesday. Sure enough, my Best Buy app updated to show a standard 3 PM to 7 PM window for today, proving everything they told me was a fabricated lie just to mess with me. ​It is heartbreaking that 15 years of loyalty means nothing to this team. They played games with my time, lied about company policy, and literally laughed at a customer on the phone. A corporate supervisor needs to investigate who was on the phones immediately. Until this is resolved, I am taking a complete break from shopping at Best Buy.
