Turned out to be a fantastic decision! Blakeway was able to quickly process my order (within a day or two of the actual event) and produce one of the highest quality pieces of sports memorabilia I have ever seen! Beautiful picturesque shot of the entire stadium in a very, very high quality, framed print. I was even to find us in our seats for the game on the panorama itself. Which definitely can attest to the attention to detail and the quality of their finished product! It was immediately hung up the second it was removed from the packaging. Blakeway's customer service was excellent in providing follow up and tracking information as was very accurate in providing a timeline as to when the finished product would be ready. I was actually very shocked that they were able to produce such a high quality print so quickly after the event. I had to have it reprinted, adding time and expense to my own work flow. Naturally, I included a note and I asked never to have a lollipop sent to me moving forward. Here's the kicker - they said they can't remove it from their packaing but they could if they drop shipped it to me. AMEN! Finally a solution, Right? Wrong. Then they said they would CHARGE me to drop ship my own order to me to fix their mistake. Appartently drop shipped orders don't include their ridiculous lollipop, which tells me they can remove it if they really need to. They insisted there was NOTHING they could do about charging me for drop shipping. I said that it needs to be escalated and I'm not spending any more time on this. They took my money, as I can see my card was charged, but no apology, no offer to mitigate - nothing. I have had no fewer than 5 calls with them about this idiotic lollipop policy. I have zero time for this. I'm very busy, and I'm the customer, If I say I don't want your stupid lollipop, I don't want your stupid lollipop. To add insult to injury, in addition to being a grown ass adult who doesn't need to be patronized with candy, I'm a type 1 diabetic, so it's like opening the box and seeing a giant middle finger looking back at me. If they can correct this issue without whining about it, I'll update my review. But for now, zero stars.

Awards by Hammond has incredible customer service and quick turnaround - not to mention the quality…read moreof their products is unmatched. I have worked with other awards vendors and have paid far more for products I would now be embarrassed to hand out after seeing the quality of every item at Awards by Hammond. I was in their showroom one day placing an order when I witnessed an aggressive customer. I saw the negative review that was posted here and can't help but think it was the same instance I witnessed. The customer (about 6' 4") was extremely rude to the Awards by Hammond employee (about 5' 9") and got in his face saying his order isn't what he wanted, and appeared to be getting aggressive. The customer asked for the paperwork, grabbing it from the employee and holding it up in his raised arm as if he was going to throw it at or hit the employee with it. I was surprised at how calm the employee remained and I was appalled at the customer's behavior. I watched the employee give the customer his money back...all of this over $20!!! When the extremely rude customer left, I walked over to the employee and he apologized to me. I saw the plate that the customer refused and it was gorgeous! I couldn't believe the company was only charging $20 for it. There are two sides to every story, and in this case I would give Awards by Hammond 5 stars for each and every experience I have had with them and have witnessed others having.

I needed a replacement hinge for a Jeldwen awning window, as well as replacement operators for the…read morewindows. I found a matching part at Alco Service and Supply, but it wasn't quite the same. Most of the dimensions matched. I contacted Alco Service & Supply by email as well as phone and was told although they didn't have an awning window hinge that matched, but that the casement window hinge that I saw probably would work as long as I replaced both hinges. The person over the phone was very pleasant and easy to work with. I also ordered 3 window operators for my awning windows. The hinge pretty much matched my 19 yr old hinge (the 10" track matched perfectly) the part that was screwed into my window didn't quite match: 2 of the 4 holes did not match up to my window. It was an easy fix: I just drilled 2 more holes into the window, using the hinge holes as a template. I wanted a stainless steel hinge and this was stainless steel. In addition they supplied the screws, crank handle and sash hook for the operators. Very very satisfied with the support as well as the fast shipping: I ordered the parts on 8/5 and received them on 8/9. I did not order expedited shipping. I just wanted regular first class US Postal service. The parts came packaged with lots of paper padding. Windows now have brand new operators and hinges and work perfectly. They also looked like the original hardware. I would certainly this company again. I also thing that I got a very good value for what I ordered, especially since the operators and hinges came with screws, sash hook, and crank handle. Other companies did not supply these needed items, and other companies did not have the color that I wanted. The hardest part in working with this company was the time difference, but I really can't do anything about that if I want to speak with a live person.
