Not only did we encounter numerous fake reviews that skewed others perception of our local business, but when we attempted to address the issue with Yelp's customer service, we were met with indifference and unhelpfulness. If your a business looking for quality security solutions please give this company a call as I will say as a former guard they are top notch! The management gives top pay for unarmed work idk for armed as I was unarmed. For a business point of view I will say this company is better then Securitas and Allied universal especially on how they always have a supervisor visit the site daily and even on weekends and holidays a supervisor is available plus the supervisors wears body cams so there in no way the guard and client and supervisor can lie about any incidents or any information that was said or not said. The company owner treated me like a close family member of his family especially when I got sick and could not respond to anyone in office he personally reached out to make sure I was ok and that means a lot plus the company could have fired me and they did not as I had no PTO or sick hours as I was just hired and got sick 2 weeks later. I went in after I was cleared to work from being in hospital and Dennis still wanted me to work still had me on schedule and made sure I was feeling well enough to be back on post. Now the reason I left the company was I found a job working non security for a union. read more

they are super rude and disrespectful. I was at one of the local businesses waiting outside for my ride to pick me up and one of their staff members drove up to me and told me i couldn't be there. I told them I was waiting for my ride and they didn't believe me they started harassing me, cussing at me and calling me names. This wasn't the first time i have had a horrible encounter with them. I deal with mental health challenges and they need to be retrained to speak to people with all different backgrounds on the same respectful level. read more

Have used them for the past few days at one of the buildings I manage, and am extremely happy with their service. They have exceeded all my expectations and then some. He sent January, who was absolutely fantastic. Though tall, strong, and obviously capable should a problem arise, January maintained a calm non-threatening posture which helped diffuse the situation.
