I regret adding this place. This is a terrible place. I went a few times because I needed money and helping develop medicine is a good thing, but.... The staff here is so mean! It's like walking in and having to deal with somebody who hates you, speaks down to and belittles you when your just trying to donate some plasma. They stick your finger to make sure there's no infections, but it seems like they are really trying to hurt me. Yesterday I left without donating because the staff was so unbelievable rude to me without any reason at all. If I could fight this woman I would. I'm never going back and I would recommend donating anywhere else. read more

if I could give a negative star review I would. ludimila their "nurse" was extremely unprofessional and rude. not only did she roll her eyes when I was giving her my medication list, but she told me that i couldnt "have things my way" when I asked why we didn't do the medical questions before all the other screenings? I was denied because I had cancer a few years ago, okay that's fine, but to be rude, and condescending to me after expressing a concern is not okay. especially since she told me she wouldn't apologize for any of the behavior she exhibited. she is reason nurses get a reputation for being rude and cold! AVOID THIS PLACE! I'm sure there are other donation centers you can go to that will treat you with compassion. the manager came in to apologize on her behalf making her look even worse. terrible, terrible place. 2.1 Yelp stars and 2.5 google stars. I wouldn't try any restaurant or business with such bad rating and reviews. They need a new manager who can get beyond a D average. At least a B or B+. It's embarassing. The policy of the medical environment is to wear masks in order to not spread germs. Donating plasma lowers your immune system. Someone was breathing all over me not wearing his mask and Kimberley the manager refused to make him wear it or kick him out. He just continued not wearing it and I got sick the next day. read more

I'm going to leave a review but go back one more time and potentially raise it if it's better. The staff for the most part are nice with few exceptions. However, the first time I went a year ago I expected it to take a long time for all the examinations and that was 4+ hours, at the time new comers did NOT get to skip to the beginning of the line but got a fast pass express card for the their SECOND visit only. I had to go back to school then got a piercing then a tattoo etc so ended up being about a year before I could safely go back since I wanted to start going frequently. Upon arrival these cards are no longer used there I am told and it's tossed so I shrugged and moved on it's not the lady at the fronts fault if that's policy and I think it makes sense to be discontinued but someone who had it should definitely be used since (I had to re do some medical stuff from not being there in a while so it was going to be a longer trip again I found out but didn't think it would be that bad) in the line for the vitals which is what the express pass for second visits would've allowed you to skip. It should've been 30 ish mins because I timed it and I was at the front but 4-5 people got to cut to the front since they were FIRST timers so instead I was in this line over an hour never gotten to have skipped any lines on my first OR second visit lol. So thinking I had the pass going in was rough since I had someone in the car with me that had to wait outside but they came because we thought it'd be quicker but instead I was inside for over 4+ hours again. So disappointing they don't do anything to help when the policy changes before I can use a pass having to not make use of the policy the first time I was there since it didn't exist lol! Now that I'm medically caught up in their system i will return, now, I live 40 mins away I should say so when it's 4+ hours each visit it's actually close to 6 so I will go once more now that I shouldn't have to do any extra stuff to donate besides the VS etc, but if it takes close to 3 hours or 4 AGAIN as I suspect when it should be 2 ish I will probably not be able to go back . Anyways 80% of the staff are great except a few people who definitely are rude for no reason lol but the way it's run and the policy may be to blame so we will see and I will update if it changes. read more

This is the absolute worst place to donate. The staff are incompetent and treat everyone who walks through the door with disdain. They have absolutely no concern for your time. While I've donated several times, I've also walked out several times after being made to wait around for 45 minutes or more. There are plenty of other places to donate. read more

The majority of the staff is really professional, of course you have your few exceptions just like anywhere else. My reason for the one star is the continuous lack of staffing, this creates unnecessary wait times both at the intake section or the donation section. They have also fallen into a habit of closing at 1pm every single Friday for the last month or so. This causes a payment issue for people who work and are unable to go early on their scheduled donation date. Also the use of mask is causing an excessive amount of litter outside of the facility down to the parking lot. read more

Overall the experience was good. The first time you go expect to be there for at least 2 hours as they ask a lot of necessary questions. Whoever the supervisor or manager is of this business is very rude. I was patiently waiting on line when she asked me if I was being helped. When I said no she reprimanded the employee in front of me which is uncalled for. She also reprimanded me by saying since she said hello to me I was being helped ... everyone else there was really nice her ... not so much. read more

I don't leave reviews so you know this is bad. I had a recent 0/10 experience with two muppets who are clearly miserable. They tried to argue with me and get a reaction out of me not once but TWICE. They didn't like that my tank top showed cleavage but I had a jacket I could cover up with. I had already pulled my pants to cover my stomach to avoid more Instead of leaving it at that, they called me disrespectful and threatened to stop me from donating. Don't ask me why. What pissed me off, I was more than willing to work around their ridiculousness. There's absolutely nothing wrong with my top except they thought they had the right one to try. They didn't. I don't know their names yet so we'll call them thing 1 and thing 2. Thing 1+2, had a nasty attitude and minimal intelligence. They got smart with me because I showed up in a tank top to donate for 45 minutes. The policy said nothing about wearing high neck T's. You know why? Because it's unimportant. After telling them I have a jacket, they still decided to try and argue with me like I was leave or something. The jacket solves the whole problem but thing 1+2 wanted beef. Okay cool. Not that serious. I am now donating with said jacket over my chest because for some reason that was just so disrespectful. Thing 2 decides to come to where I'm donating and still start an argument with me because she didn't like the angle I had the jacket. She almost got snatched up here but I kept it cute. Tried to threaten me again saying she'll cancel my donation, I told her do it. I'm not here because I need you, I'm here because you NEED ME. Don't ever get it twisted again. Anyways, I move the jacket to a different angle and she's STILL standing there calling me disrespectful. Sweetie, I have yet to get disrespectful with me. But now I will. These two bald headed nut sack miserable muppets will face karma for playing with me. And I will make sure they feel me. Play woth your mommy, don't play with me. You had no respect acting the way you did but called me disrespectful l. I'll post a pic of the outfit. It was NOT bad at all. It was comfy and acceptable anywhere. You're literally a donation booth. Not Army reserve. But anywho, This latest experience wiped this donation center right off my map. That was definitely my last donation with them. They need critical thinking training AND competency training. The nerve of those two idiots. CSL just be hiring ANYBODY. This happened 1/26 around 5pm. OH and before I forget. i would never recommend this place ever again to anyone . the manager is very ghetto. they prohibit certain dress forms like if the clothes one wears has anything to do with donating plasma. they prohibit usage of cell phones but yet they be yapping over their cell phones and they have the nerve to prohibit spanish speaking. what is this place a correctional facility? please!!!! owner needs to send undercover to see for yourselves. or get out of his or her comfort zone and investigate in person. you need new management. i see lawsuits going your way if you don't get rid of your problems. because there is more than one in this facility. i referred 3 people to this facility never got paid for that either. never ever would i recommend anyone to this facility who is managed by someone who needs to go back to school and learn how to speak with education to people. read more

They advertise online that they have staff that speak Spanish and say there is an option for Spanish speaking donors and yet when my husband tried to donate they said only English speakers can donate. Don't advertise Spanish speaking if you're just going to discriminate against Spanish speakers and refuse to take anyone who doesn't speak English. read more

I called about 10x on Saturday and Sunday 1/8/22 and 1/9/22 to see if the center was open and what the hours were. No one picked up so I assumed they were closed. I called today 1/10/22 just once and a staff member picked up and said they are closed. I asked the staff member if they were closed on 1/8-1/9 and she said they were opened. I'm confused as to why the center didn't pick up any of my calls on those 2 days and had no problem picking up on first try when they are closed. They either need more staff members at the front and/or do a better job of picking up the call. I could have went in on Saturday but now I have to wait again. read more

I had an amazing experience with the front desk supervisor. I believe her name is Louise she was great and friendly and welcoming to the facility being it was my first time! I was seen by April who checked my protein and hematocrit to see if it was at good levels to perform the blood test for my plasma. I was fine with all of this being that I work in the medical field for over 10 years. April is very rude the way she talks to you even after you ask her to repeat herself ( she expects you to remember everything she said and not to ask her anything it feels like) she would breath heavy when I asked what she said again. I had to ask her "was she ok today?" She was vey unpleasantly self-assertive. It can come off as stand-offish and cold in bed side manner. She said that's just how she is.... I began to express to her that I must not have been the only to to say this to you cause she said "see ....this is just how I am" it was awkward and uncomfortable and made me feel like not returning I asked for the person I had before because April was rude and April said her supervisor was on lunch. So I continued to be polite and left not getting my plasma done because she said my Hematocrit was too low. I get it people can be whoever they want ..... but when your in a place that people are giving blood and may already be feeling a little anxious and uncomfortable... I would expect to have someone that has a way of calming and just being polite and showing you care( even if you don't) that makes all the difference with people. I hope April gets some pointers from her supervisor because she would make all my referrals be like WTF did you send me too! I was only doing this because my boss ( a doctor) wanted a place to refer his patients too...... but I guess not this Clifton location! Unless you get Louise! I hope April takes a look at herself and understands that kindness can go along way! Oh and my 2 stars are for the supervisor who was AMAZING! read more
