This place has been a game-changer for me. I have been dealing with a very specialized condition that requires a specialist cardiologist experienced in its treatment. I had been under the care of a regular cardiologist and continued to feel sick and have major issues. I happened across Dr. Mazza, and everything began to change for the better. Making my initial appointment, they were patient and kind. They answered all questions on the phone and were easy to reach. The office is beautiful. It is modern, new, and comfortable. Nursing staff is welcoming and treats you like family. Dr. Mazza is a wonderfully patient and kind man, making you feel heard. He wants to know everything about your condition and is detail-oriented. He takes so much time with me to ensure he has all of the information. His treatment has been a game-changer, offering me strategies and advice that I have never received before. On top of that, I am actually getting BETTER! I couldn't recommend this practice and Dr. Mazza enough. read more

This has been the easiest weight loss of my life. Dr Bonn-McCoy is awesome and made the journey so easy. The staff is professional and wonderful. They handle insurance and meds with ease. I'm down to 118 pounds, I hadn't seen that number on a scale since I was 17. I'm a size 2-4 and feel great. I recommend this group whole heartedly. The staff members that I've seen are knowledgeable and detail oriented. My biggest complaint is getting someone on the phone. No one ever answers the phone and responses to any message you leave are returned via text message. A live person will never return your call, which I feel is rude and unprofessional. If a patient leaves a message requesting a call back the office should comply and return the call not a text. read more

I went to the location in Teaneck. My car as well as several patients' cars got towed because of a ongoing feud with the neighboring restaurant. Parking signs was ambigious. They did not do anything to rectify the issue. I do not recommend this doctor network. I was very disappointed because it seems like they did not care about their patience read more

Terrible, Disorganized, and made me feel very uncomfortable... I never write reviews but wanted to write a review because I am still dealing with ongoing bills/issues with billing from ONE VISIT to this office just for an annual physical and blood work. Firstly, my husband and I waited for an hour to go into the doctor's office. I finally went up to the front desk to ask them if we would be with the doctor soon, and they actually said verbatim that they forgot about us. Then we went to get an EKG done and the woman who was administering mine was cursing up a storm saying F this and F that because she couldn't get the placement right. Lastly, I have had an ongoing back and forth with their financial office because they billed my insurance incorrectly. I would like to warn anyone who is going here to probably decide on another office. Maybe other offices in this company are better however the Hackensack office was my only experience, and I will never go back. read more

One Word: Outstanding ! All Health Medical group has been amazing ever since I swapped over to their practice. They have been extremely warm and welcoming and treat you like family and answer all questions you have very knowledgeably. Dr Ahmed is truly amazing, very down to earth(unlike most doctors you see nowadays), incredibly charismatic, will not stop until all question are answered and you leave his office a happy patient. On the communication aspect of this office, the front desk has been able to answer all my questions quickly and professionally. They are able to answer your questions without making you hop in phone call loops and have to wait 20 minutes on hold just for a simple question. I had the chance to speak with Natasha over the phone with the assistance of Vania and even though I bugged them with some pesky questions they were able to handle it gracefully and with incredible warmth as if I've been going there all my life and able to put all my problems to rest. Their offices are very comfortable, everything is new and well furnished, all the technology looks up to date and the music was very pleasant! ABSOLUTE INSANITY. I am an asthmatic with a very busy job and I have the hardest times getting my prescriptions filled here its insane. First off, when they need to see you they dont let you know. You have to call and try and get your prescriptions refiled and then the Pharmacist says" they arent responding to our request" this no response period goes on forever, until you have to call them and ask whats the matter and why they arent refilling your prescriptions. I went for a telehealth visit 2 months ago, and now they are saying that they need to do another one, and need to do telehealth visits everytime I need a refill now no one sounds like they know what they are doing, never going back here ran by a bunch of amateurs read more

I had the best experience with Arlene, she is nothing short of amazing! I had been trying to get a prescription filled for MONTHS with no luck! I started out with the office in Hackensack. I kept calling the office, and I spoke with a few of the office staff! I was so frustrated until I spoke with Arlene, who works in Englewood Cliffs! I told her all about the issues I was having, and she gave me her name and sent me several emails to ensure that she kept me updated every step of the way! Her customer service was exemplary, and she deserves 10 stars! By the end of the day, after speaking with her, she was able to resolve my issue, and I had my prescription delivered the very next day! She went above and beyond to help me, and her efforts should not go unnoticed! She deserves to be recognized! If you want excellent service, she is the one to call! This is an amazing place once you actually get to the office. It took me to drive to the office to actually speak to someone, the phone just rings and the recording just keeps coming. I have left about 6 messages and I've even texted. This is horrible -5 stars. Other than that its a great place when you actually get to the office. I hope someone looks into this soon. read more

All they want to do is make money. They lie and do not do what is the best interest of their patients. They prescribed me medicine and did not tell me I had to see them every month to get it. By law the medication requires me to go every three months. They also said my insurance would cover the visits given they are preventive. Well, they aren't, and I have medical bills that I was not expecting coming in. Whatever you do not take the Body Scan. Insurance does not cover it. They tell you to pay them $20. They submit it to the insurance. If you are looking to throw money out the window when you do not need to. Go see them they will be happy to take it! read more
