It's good care, they are gentle and friendly but some one of their Employees Richelle was soft spoken, which doesn't really compare to their occupation. She also didn't give me too many instructions, she was a bit rough, and also seemed a bit rude. And then because of her mistake I had to be pricked twice. Which was not fun, and she also was not that professional with her equipment. And she also pricked my fingers in a way that the blood would go under my fingernail. Not cool. I have been a client at another plasma donation center for a while but the service was horrible and the lines even worse. CSL is totally different. The screening process is a little cold but when you get back to the phlebotomist it is completely different. They are having fun, interact with clients and even remember your name. Half of the staff is very rude, other half are nice and repectable. The mostrude it seems pretty much every time I'm there is the older, tall and skinny african American lady with glasses. She yells at everyone for no reason. I simply asked where the restroom was down by the bays because I had seen multiple people walk a certain way and go to them, and I just wanted to ask first, but she snapped on me and yelled when I asked because apparently people weren't supposed to be going to the exact bathroom. It seems like half of the people there really don't like their job or something and want to do the least amount of work they have to. I normally do not give these types of reviews, but here we go with CS GO TO HELL. But I drove from out of town, TWICE, to be turned away from both opportunities. First time, my temp was a 99.6 and needed to be a 99.5 for me to donate, RIDICULOUS POLICY YOU GOT THERE. I came back the next day, made it to the physical portion of the new donor process, and I was literally interrogated by the under-qualified LPN asking me all of these PERSONAL medical questions that I did not feel deemed necessary to donate. She was asking questions that were absolutely none of her fucking business. That process was not nearly as invasive the last time I came here, sheesh. Last time I checked, I did not sign a HIPPA consent to talk about my medical history with such an incompetent person. And yes, I will be reporting you to HIPAA for violation of someone's medical history. Wasted 5 hours, fuel, to be told I could not donate. Keep in mind, I have donated in the past hundreds of times, with not nearly as many issues as I have encountered the 2 attempted times to donate...But the girl with the long brown hair, the LPN in Medical, I wish I got her name. Autumn is her name. Incredibly under-qualified LPN to be asking such questions, young girl. She needs to be fired immediately. I dont give places like this a 3rd chance because of how incompetent and stupid they are with their "policies and new rules." They threw the policy book in my face more than I like to say. Must be under complete new management, because they are A LOT more strict than before all the renovations. This place has gone to shit. Literally. Do not waste your time here. The renovations are very nice by the way, but that is really the only nice thing I am going to say. But all and all, I am very disappointed. Went there today and spent 1.5 hours doing new person paperwork, physical, etc. Finally got into a chair by 1 pm and they said I had to come back another day to donate because I eaten breakfast too early and nothing since. The attendants even for new donors take 10+ minutes to even acknowledge you, and the nurses were too lazy to attempt to find my vein and denied me as "unfit for donation." Save yourself some time and go to Octapharma plasma. Much nicer attendants and very easy process. read more

This place has rude staff. They will cuss people out! Also if they mess up on your donation, it's still your fault. They couldn't get the blood pressure machine to work and tried 5 times, as soon as they got a read, of course my pulse was high because I was stressing out. I had to sit for 15 min to calm down. I go back in and another screener got it right the 1st time and my pulse was hella low. In the meantime, 30 ppl have piled up in the donor line ahead of me. I came with my family and they were at the front of the line by the time I got in the donor line. I asked of they could let me jump ahead a little bit. Was told "I dont care about you.
