While they were replacing the belt, they noticed my alternator belt was seriously decrepit. They replaced the alternator belt right on the spot since the engine was already open. We had all maintenance services performed at BMW of Little Rock on time. When we requested a Goodwill/Customer loyalty repair, it was denied by BMW North America and BMW of Little Rock...their reason being that we had purchased one new set of tires from a local tire shop instead of BMW. Now they want over $8,000 for repairs on what is a known internal defect. BMW IS A JOKE.

I was purchasing from out of state, found the exact vehicle I wanted at the right price, and my salesman Kevin was great. He was attentive and went above and beyond, even sending me screenshots of the vehicle's full service history to put my mind at ease. Brian in finance was equally great, very straightforward about the extended warranties and he even overnighted my paperwork to get everything finalized quickly. Up until that point I had nothing but good things to say. That all changed once my down payment went through. I arranged my own auto transport to have the vehicle shipped to me. When my driver showed up to the dealership for pickup, he did his standard pre-transport inspection and found damage that nobody had ever mentioned to me. Not once during the entire sales process. It wasn't in any of the listing photos and it wasn't on the CarFax. The salesman on site reviewed the findings and signed off on the damage report before the car was loaded onto the truck. The vehicle arrived to me with mild hail damage and significant paint and door damage on the passenger side, all of which was known by the dealership and never disclosed to me as the buyer. It has now been 3.5 weeks and I have called the dealership every single day since. I've left voicemails for both sales managers Eric Marbley and Josh Lynn, as well as Kevin and Brian, and I have not received a single call back. Not one. Complete radio silence from everyone involved in my sale. This isn't just a lesson about not buying a car without seeing it in person. Plenty of people buy remotely without getting burned like this. This is about a dealership that knowingly sold a damaged vehicle without disclosing it and then went completely silent the moment the deal was done. That says everything about the kind of business they run.

They called me at 12:45 PM saying they still hadn't looked at my car yet and that they were letting it cool down because they had left it running and it was now hot. I understood that they could be busy, so I let it go. Then at 3:15 PM, they called and told me I could come pick up my car. After having my vehicle for 7 hours, they still could not tell me why my A/C wasn't blowing and recommended that I take it somewhere else. My parents were understandably frustrated, so my dad looked at the car himself. He checked the A/C fuse, found that it was blown, replaced it, and the compressor fan started working immediately. This ended up being a $15 fix that they never checked or even mentioned as a possibility. My issue isn't that they couldn't fix it -- it's that after having my car all day, they didn't even perform the basic checks to rule out something as simple as a blown fuse. I feel like I wasted my time and money for a diagnosis that wasn't thorough. I will not be bringing my vehicle back here again.

I explained that I had a Ford F150 2003 and was experiencing water pump failure (leaking) coolant and needed it repaired ASAP. I explained that I had already purchased the water pump (Duralast Gold) and thermostat from AutoZone. My experience with most shops is that, they do not put in parts that didn't purchase. She assured me that they would work with me since I had already purchased the parts. I arrived at Coleman and Son Automotive at 930am and the young lady checked me in and recognized I had the wrong water pump right away. The mechanic immediately started on my truck as I left to go get the right water pump and Ford recommend antifreeze. While I was at the part store the young lady called and instructed me to also purchase a new serpentine belt because my belt was completely worn out. I think this was awesome that they were insuring I wouldn't break down after the service they had repaired. I returned to the shop with parts at approximately 1130am and they had me on the road be for 130pm. I wasn't expecting my vehicle until later that evening or the next day. Everyone in the shop was very nice, respectable and professional. What an awesome shop and I'm back on the road again.

While I was waiting a woman came in to get her oil changed. She sat down and about five minutes later the tech came over and told her that there was a mistake and her car didn't need to have the oil changed for another 3000 miles. He also said they checked the oil and it looked nice and clean and sent her on her way. No charge. They finished my alignment in under 40 minutes. They presented me with a computerized report of the before and after alignment, complete with diagrams. The experience and service was top notch and I recommend them to everyone.

That kind of service made a lasting impression on us. Since then, we've moved to Hot Springs and have had several things done there, and the service has always been excellent--including an oil change on our Mercedes Sprinter van.
